A very bad experience! Very old room, poor service, and very small breakfast. I wanted to leave the night I checked in, but couldn't get a refund. The room was very old, and the breakfast was à la carte and small. Worst of all, there was no luggage storage. I really don't know how this happened. Terrible, very bad service.

This is ny family go to hotel whenever we where in Manila, I’m glad that the hotel is still okay even it’s quite ancient but the staff,services never declined. Thank you for your Hospitaly and kindness.
Will defintely visit again.

The hotel is well located, many restaurants arounds snd walking distance from the Mall of Asia. The price is fair and the regular size of the room too.

I always use it... Recently, the inside of the room seems to be cleaned well, but the outside and the balcony seem to be not cleaned as they used to be.
