Need to focus on cleanliness. Room and corridors doesn’t smell good.

We have stayed here multiple times each time the service is hard to get…help with luggage or cab service! I was told I had to call my own grab, that service is not provided! Very sad

Practical in relation with the airport, 5 to 15 away depending of the terminal, more a business or for transit but surrounded by many classy restaurants and a commercial center, the room is quiet enough big and matching holidays inn usual set-up. Good price for the product .

This was the absolute worst hotel I could’ve ever stayed at. From there security checks everytime you enter the hotel to the filthy room. It smelled so awful, felt like something was crawling on us all night, and the good forsaken bathroom with rust and mold in the caulking! We could not wait to leave this place. I highly DO NOT recommend THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Pay attention to undercurrent below peaceful surface The hotel locates at the Newport ****** Region, generally speaking should be very safe with firearmed guards at the lobby and entrances. However, the peaceful appearance only calmed me down to reduce my anxious concern about personal safety and property safety. After I claimed back my stored baggage, I just sat down at the lobby to wait for my flight. I left the hotel at around 12 am on 31 Aug 2025. while nobody except staff there with CCTV monitoring. Soon later, I noticed that I had left my wallet at the lobby. I had got back to the lobby within 15 minutes since I left the hotel. I found nothing but staff at the lobby told me the wallet was at the front office counter. The front office personnel gave back the wallet to me and told me someone had picked it up and returned it to the counter, after she confirmed my identification with my ID in the wallet at my request. As I was in a hurry for the flight, I just left the counter without checking bank notes within the wallet carefully. However, after I went through the footbridge to the MNL Terminal 3 and checked in, I counted bank notes in the wallet carefully. To my surprise, all petty cash and identification documents were still in the wallet, while ALL LARGE AMOUNT MYR and HKD bank notes disappeared. It is obvious that money in my wallet has been stolen deliberately, while keeping all petty cash in my wallet to my concern avoid immediate disputes. Now I have two requests: 1. Ask the front counter staff at the midnight of 31 Aug 2025 to confirm the exact amount of money in the wallet given back to me 2. Check the CCTV records from 11pm, 30 Aug 2025 to 1am, 31 Aug 2025 to locate the person who picked up my wallet.
