the hotel served stale rice,when i opened it, it was really smelly...we returned it of course and i told my complaint...
The second thing that happened was about paying the bills for my food because of the slow internet i pay double it thru wallet and bank acct...when i served my complaint,,until now nothing response..🤦🏻♀️

we spent our one night @sogo pasay..the staffs are friendly and accomodating..good service as well.food are good as well..will surely book again.

The place is clean, close to the 🚌 train, MRT and food shops. Although there are a few hairs on the toilet floor, the place is clean and smells good. The air conditioning unit is also strong. However, the wifi signal is not strong on the group floor. Their free wifi is strong.

My experience was not good when I booked online I paid 1700 then I added 700 for advance 3 hours because we were supposed to check in at 2pm we went early so I paid for 3 additional hours then I was already sleeping are you suddenly going to be bitten after they said we were done we only had 3 hours so what about the 10hrs when you paid online they didn't check properly their employees are annoying
Another thing about CR is it's dangerous especially when you take a shower their tiles are very slippery so you have to be careful walking on the tiles
