I booked a hotel for one night to sleep between flights.
Horrible.
They couldn't find my key for about an hour, the owner didn't answer. I ran around the floors and underground parking lots, looking for the key. I was already thinking I would sleep in the hall on the couch. In the end, by some miracle, the owner answered and the problem was solved.
The room is normal, there is a kitchen, but I didn't cook anything there, I can't say anything about the functionality.
+ There is hot water.
+ No cockroaches or bedbugs.
+ Close to the airport, a taxi costs about 100-150 pesos.
- No hair dryer.
- No blanket.
- The air conditioner blows very strongly.

We had problems finding the room. It is not in the One Palm Tree as the name says, but in the Two Palm Tree. After being sent from reception to reception, we finally found it. The room is a bit dated, but it had everything we needed. We didn't want to use the kitchen because the dishes were very old and some of them were rusty. The bathroom was clean. The complex had a pool and a gym. Both were easy to use.
We could walk to the airport in 10 minutes, so the location was perfect for passengers.

A good hotel near the airport. The hotel is not new, needs repair. But it is suitable for an overnight stay after a long flight. Reception and police are available 24 hours, we checked in without any problems. The pool is not open at night.

VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NO UNIT OWNER WAS THERE TO ASSIST US SHE IS VERY RUDE AND SHOUTING ON THE PHONE I WILL NEVER BOOK TO THIS OWNER AGAIN. AIRCON IS VERY LOW THERE ARE SOME SMALL COCKROACHES, THE ONLY GOOD THING IS LOCATION FOR TRAVELLERS WITH LONG LAY OVER SINCE ITS INFRONT OF NAIA TERMINAL 3.
