The hotel is located in a very modern area and the staff is welcoming.
The room is very decent, it lacks nothing.

The room was beautiful. The pool was in a great location and seemed like it was our own private pool. The price was also very cheap and it was very nice.

This is a guesthouse. Unlike a hotel, there is no service, you are simply given a key to the "apartment", and like in an American film, you check into a small room with beds. Moderately clean, we did not see cockroaches, no soap, no toothbrushes, there is toilet paper and two towels. The room stank of some kind of chemicals, there was no desire to stay there for a long time. To spend the night before a flight - ok.
Of the pluses - right next to the airport, and the area where the building is located is very beautiful. We walked along the street - saw many very cool fashionable hotels, a beautiful church and a feeling of luxury in the middle of Manila.
It was even sadder to return to this "Papa Carlo's closet".
A big minus is the noise from the street. We did not manage to sleep well, all night cars with flashing lights and a characteristic sound drove under the windows. In general, Manila is Manila.

I seldom leave less than stellar reviews, however, this place had a moderate amount of roaches. That’s a little out of their control, but the amount of roach corpses in the cupboards, sills, even in the fridge is not. The room looked nothing like the picture, they painted and there’s splatter all over the chairs tables, furniture, I will not stay here again, regardless of price and location. I left a lot out, like the leaking ac unit she just put a trash can under and the fact that it uses actual keys, I thought key cards or smart locks were required to be available on trip. Nice view, but the fan outside is so loud! Stay across the street at Savoy and avoid this place.

Place is comfy and cozy. The host is accommodating and helpful. The room is well cleaned and arranged. Had a great stay in this place.
