This was my second stay. It's very close to the Mall of Asia, just three short traffic lights away. This hotel is relatively new and clean for this area, with a rooftop pool.
However, the service was truly average. For a country as welcoming as the Philippines, the front desk was expressionless, whether checking us in or asking questions the next day. The bespectacled man, who looked like a manager, was particularly emotive. As a manager, could he have been more polite during our stay? It felt like he was owed money, a formality.
These hotel ratings are completely off-base: 1. For the security lady downstairs (she was here last year too), she was friendly and chatted with us. 2. For a ** employee, whom I had seen last year before, who actually remembered us and even greeted us.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast and dinner were also very good. The staff were generally very friendly. Only the lady at the reception made us wait a long time after check-in, as she was waiting for the cleaning staff to let us know if the room was ready. When I went to the colleague next to her after half an hour, we immediately received the keys to the room. After that, it took quite a while for our suitcases to arrive in the room. It could definitely be improved. Nevertheless, we would stay here again.

Good location just besides the waterfront.
Walking distance to Mall Of Asia which is really good.
But the design in the location of the toilet bowl is very bad as 1 side is just directly next to the wall of the shower.
