I arrived at around 9pm and checked in at the service area on the first floor of the hotel (the breakfast area the next day). The service area was locked and there was only a small window similar to a bank counter for submitting your passport. We curiously asked if this area was unsafe, and the answer we got was that it was safe. Who was the bulletproof glass window meant to protect against?
The room is large, the facilities are new, and the hygiene is quite good. However, because the window faces the corridor, it is basically impossible to open it and the curtains must be kept closed. In fact, it is a motel.
