Best Western Plus Pasadena Inn Suites

It was a satisfying experience.

The staff are kind, but one is unkind. Hot water doesn't come out well in the shower, and it's hard to get hot water because there's no coffee pot

The faucet sprayed everywhere and soaked the floor even on the lowest setting. Towels were strained but the give a notice saying they will charge you for stained towels. The desk employee was very rude and short. I couldn't even get her to change the channel or turn off the TV. I was the only one in the lobby and still waiting on maid to service room after 2pm! Pool was closed. The elevators worked though so there's that.

Very beautiful hotel, gigantic pool, luscious room full of giant beds, mirrors on the wall with LED like a vanity mirror, breakfast is delicious, check in was very easy, TV is absolutely the greatest thing ever, best channels ever. The hotel workers know how to speak different languages, no barriers, temperature was AMAZING, it felt crisp cool. Breakfast with fruit punch, yogurt, and chocolate muffin to start my day off was the best thing I had in a long while. It is the perfect location to enjoy your weekend with very cheap rates compared to other hotels, you literally get a GREAT GYM with a laundry room to wash your clothes. The people there are calm and it is very quiet, no noise complaints. There’s like a grill outside with bunch of benches to enjoy your day to do a cookout for free or something! This location offers computers for guest to use on and they run perfectly amazing, I finished my work from home without a bother. The lobby is amazing because it’s really quiet and I can sit there in peace and it’s spacious, they offer a beautiful Christmas tree in December and it really gives me the vibes. They literally offer MEDICINE from the sundry shop if you’re sick and provide great snacks including ones from the fridge, freezer, bag of chips, all for the cheap price. Well recommend coming here because we were given towels for free at the pool with a small mini pool on the side filled with LEDs to make it seem cooler at night. I had a great shower afterwards with the citrus smell of the soap with AMAZING shampoo and conditioners with unique smells that remind me of fruits and candy. They offer t complimentary TOOTHPASTE which is very awesome, I brushed my teeth very well and the flavor was great. The beds also were comfy and sheets were literally clean. They gave us 4 pillows and let me tell you I dosed off in bed under the covers with the crisp clean air running through my bedsheets. The airflow in that room was the best experience I’ve ever had. You need to check out this hotel because I have never felt anything better than ever.

Top Tier Stay at BW Plus Pasadena Inn My room was perfect and assigned accordingly to my particular needs. The staff was amazing and very considerate and accommodating. I liked the location and how quiet and safe I felt while staying at this hotel.
