La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pasadena

Ac out due to Beryl for the 2nd time breaking in 2wks, Both my pets had to be taken to the vet sedated iv fluids medicated. Also had to get my Family out of the heat after 4 days of no ac on the 2nd round of everything breaking house was over 100. I needed a place close to home and 1st floor that could take pets. Desk attendants both extremely kind this does not reflect on them. stayed in room 120 and once I got family pets settled, I went to go grab a few things, and something for us to eat. check in around 5ish I think. I didn't notice the first BUG my Daughter did! Then more and more they were all over the tv area at first then the floor walls around 10pm they got on my water bottle. my shoes my portable litter box which was clean and unused. Crawled into my pets' water bowl and food bowl i had to leave everything and threw away everything even my purse. As soon as the ac read 80 at our home we left as fast as we could. around 1am. Mind you I had taken out the garbage right after we had eaten and did not have trash in the room, they just kept coming out little ones then bigger ones and then started coming from the table in the middle of bed area. We stayed at this hotel several years ago maybe 9 it was clean and nice even had a huge group of family stay in this hotel once. We just assumed it was sketching looking because of construction. I even told the front desk, that I had to leave my things and that it was so absolutely INFESTED. I have reached out to Wyndham corporate office with absolutely no resolution. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and this is not something, that just started happening this was an infestation that they knowingly know about.

We checked in and after we paid for the room, they told us that the ac leaks and the carpet is wet but we dried it. they never cleaned it and we all got sick from the smell of the room

The staffs were great but the hotel was old and being remodeled. I believe they could do better by providing better towels. The breakfast was average.

The hotel is nice and it seems to be going through renovations. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only not so good area was the pool it was dirty the 3 days we were there.

Ashley is great she gets a10+ location is great , close to restaurants and stores. My satisfaction over all is a 9 even do there was some renovations going on

Good location, cleanliness, acceptable cost and rich breakfast The only thing is that if you arrive at night the person at reception does not speak Spanish and it could be a problem when checking in. But in general everything is very good

There were so many Roaches everywhere. The A/C wasn’t working properly and the Bed & pillows Smelled awful & Disgusting. The Lady in the Front Desk was so Rude that I complained and she stated “Well if you don’t like it you can leave… To the Public Don’t Rent this Hotel it’s Awful.. It was a Bad Experience.

This place can do better than this! It's worth paying the extra 10bucks and going next door! First shift girl was rude. Hallways reeked of urine on my floor. There's diffinitely room for improvement here!!
