Let me just say this, if there’s no other place to stay, I’ll stay here again. Everything is just unsatisfactory except for the staff. Unless you want to experience for yourself, then go ahead. Otherwise, stay back!

There were roaches in the room. There were no TV stations on the cable. The internet service was poor. The room was HOT. We were supposed to stay for a second night. But, we canceled and found a cleaner hotel. Bad experience overall.

Great value. Great room. Great service. Check in was speedy and easy. Room was quiet and comfortable. Front desk was friendly to work with. Was in the area for the NCAA Final Four so our drive to downtown was not bad.

The stay was ok for the most part my only issue was the overnight guy. He is a older gentleman with a rotten, stuck-up, just all around bad attitude. The young lady that worked day was wonderful. She was very attentive and helpful with whatever was needed. In my opinion she deserves a raise especially having to deal with the night auditor every day...... But other than him the stay way ok

This was a leisure weekend getaway for me and the family. The location provided easy access to restaurants, trusted venues and to various highways which made our sightseeing within Pasadena Texas and other cities a breeze.

It was good wish the room didn’t haves roaches. The price was good though. The staff was friendly also. The city overall felt nice though. Parking was a great thing to have. The smell of the place was also strong of cigarettes

Automatic pancake maker and the Texas shaped and sized waffle were a bonus, room was nice and we liked the amenities! Definitely recommend for a nice, cheap place to stay in Pasadena! Thank you guys again!
