We were looking for a decent clean room at a decent price for an overnight stay while traveling home. This motel is a ways off Interstate 40, but it was exactly what we were looking for. It wasn't too far out of our way. It is an older motel that has been refurbished. Our non-smoking room smelled fresh when we arrived. The location is quiet--we both got a good night's sleep. The beds were comfortable. I loved that the room had a table and chairs, microwave, and a mini-frig that was larger than usual and had a separate freezer section. We would go out of our way to stay here again.

Owner Nick was very friendly, both on the phone and in person. He explained that the location of our room was a bit away from a group staying there, so it was quieter. Room was small but exceptionally clean. Furniture was on the newer side. Bed was comfy and shower was HOT!! Thumbs up, Parsons Inn! The only suggestion is perhaps providing a bath mat for the shower. The floor was pretty slippery after stepping out of the shower.
