Después de mucho tiempo sin ir a Maracaibo le di una nueva oportunidad (ya no es venetur) si no Tibisay del lago. Les cuento que fui por tres días y al momento de llegar me asignaron una habitación que lamentablemente no cumplía con relación cálidad precio, la humedad en la habitación era terrible comenzando por la alfombra que los años han pasado por ellas. Muy amable la señorita de la recepción intentó reubicarme en otra habitación pero fue lo mismo, la humedad, malos olores y muy viejo mobiliario hicieron que quisiera retírame del hotel de inmediato. Sin embargo acá no termina, la señorita de la recepción que creo fue de lo mejor en mi estadio nos reubico en la torre (piso12) y las habitaciones están totalmente remodeladas, la cama es maravillosa, tiene TV smart e internet, el baño impecable y las toallas como nueva, tienen un tema con el agua que parece desalinizada y me pareció que no está siendo bien tratada el agua porque tenia un olor un poco peculiar, de resto de verdad un cambio enorme de una habitación a la otra, la vista al lago y a la piscina es hermosa y de madrugada habían unos relámpagos que se veían bellísimos. De verdad agradezco a la señorita del turno de la tarde noche que hizo de todo para que me quedara, la felicito de eso se trata la experiencia al cliente. Pero lamentablete aunque la habitación final estuvo muy bien el hospedaje incluía desayuno y lamento decirles que el restaurante está muy por debajo de lo que es aceptable, los desayunos para nada variados, pan (sin opción a calentarlo) por no hay tostadora ni nada, huevo revuelto frío y un poco de carne mechada y pollo, nada más. Café frío y leche fría para el café, jugo de esos de sobre tipo tang que nada que ver, eso mismo fue repetitivo durante los tres días. Sé que hacen un esfuerzo en recuperar el hotel pero deben mejorar el restaurante, ya que a la hora de desayunar no funciona y para cenar tampoco; hay que salir a buscar opciones cerca. En general si van, por favor soliciten las habitaciones remodeladas del piso 12 que están bastante bien, traten de comer fuera del hotel que hay varias opciones cerca incluso en el lago mall, mientras el hotel logra recuperar los estándares de calidad del Tibisay Margarita. Espero que la señorita de la recepción lea esto, te agradezco tu esfuerzo y gran servicio, sigue así.

It needs to be updated in many aspects. It didn't have hot water, nor soap. I needed to check in early and there was no one at reception. Nothing to do with Margarita's TIBISAY Hotel. Pleasant experience, the Bellman very cordial and friendly
