Location is good, just few minutes walk to station and shopping mall.
Reception service is good and feedback nicely
Cleanliness is not up to standard
In room facility is sufficient, but need to clean up before using them

Giant bugs, mouldy showers and so much more...
Great last minute check in - but that was the best part.
Shower was moldy, room was dirty, floors were sticky, dust and dirt everywhere, the couch was collasped into itself, doors that were unable to be locked, no TV remote but the worst bit was the bugs running all through the place.

Honestly the worst stay i have had in Parramatta - shame as the location was great!

Please read reviews before you stay!!. We didn’t! This place was filthy. Glass screen in one shower falling off. Grubby walls. It’s like the other review. So much damage to the rooms. We decided to pack our bags and head home after Vivid to the Blue Mountains , we were lucky that we didn’t have such a long drive for that option to be actioned. They need new management and spend some money on a decent cleaning company. Do not stay!! I hope I can get a full refund today!!

The property is old and tired. The walls and skirting boards are marked and stained. The blinds are damaged. The bathroom smells of sewerage. There are bugs in the bathroom. The shower curtain is dirty and mouldy. There was a German cockroach on the table. It's gross

Was not clean, toilet wasnt clean, gaffs tape around tap over the bath tub, walls where dirty and marked
