Das Hotel entsprach leider ganz und gar nicht unseren Erwartungen! Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und schlecht gepflegt, die Gastfreundlichkeit fehlte grösstenteils. Von dreckigen Weingläsern über abgelaufenes Bier bis hin zu (wenn überhaupt) Tiefkühlgemüse zum Abendessen muss man sich auf alles gefasst machen. Die Kommunikation war vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts sehr mangelhaft, wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder. Einziger Pluspunkt; wirklich gute Ausgangslage für jegliche Winteraktivitäten.

Einfach aber gut
Motelzimmer recht einfach (genau so wird es auch beworben), aber es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Zimmer etwas hellhörig und leider nur über einen Gang zu lüften. Frühstück gut. Wir haben eine Nacht dort übernachtet, dafür ist es absolut geeignet und wir würden wieder kommen.

Reception molto accogliente, molto carina come la stanza della colazione …. Il personale cortese e gentile …..camera da letto rimaste nel 1940 , 2 termosifoni funzionanti su tre. Insetti nella stanza …… bagno pessimo… in compenso era presente l’acqua calda…colazione nella media …. Parcheggio tutto occupato ….

Es ist eine absolute Bruchbude. Für 200.- die Nacht erwünsche ich mir ein Zimmer wo man nicht den Drang verspürt herauszurennen oder den Schraubenschlüssel hervor zu nehmen und Bett Tisch Spielplatz zu flicken. Auch war das Tennisball grosse Loch in der Badezimmertüre etwas befremdlich… Die Bilder mit welchen das Hotel wirbt sind ********. Niemals niemals wieder!!!!

Nice basic room, all you need for a ski weekend. Room had a table and chairs, as well as the bed and TV. Handy store room, and great location for starting the day either side of the resort. Basic but adequate, reflected in the price.
