L'appartement dont nous disposions était grand et spacieux. Les poubelles étaient vidées quotidiennement Il donnait sur une terrasse et une rue passante. Nous étions à 5mn de la plage Livadia et à 20mn du port et de la gare routière. Le propriétaire était joignable.

Stayed 4 nights, room #2. Exceeded expectations. Very comfortable. Decent kitchen, bathroom with separated shower. Quiet. Cool in the room, good sleep. 1min walk from the beach, 5min from centre of town. Most importantly, it is very well run. Spiro is very friendly and helpful. Highly professional, 10/10 operator. Contact via email, and Spiro responds quickly to reservation requests.

Zeer ruime kamers met moderne regendouche. Super aardige eigenaren die heel behulpzaam zijn. Ook wordt er goed schoongemaakt en is de keuken voorzien van alle handige spullen op mee te koken. Mooi ruim balkon en ruime koelkast. Echt een aanrader voor een hele schappelijke prijs.

1. Amazing location - The apartments are basically 3-4 minutes walking from the beach and 10 from the center of Parikia. There are many restaurants and shops aound, it's a very safe area but still not that crowded and quiet. 2. Clean and good apartments - good size rooms with very big terrace each. Loved to sit there in the evening or morning for breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped too. 3. Good value for price 4. Bad view - there is a structure right next to the hotel which is unfinished and makes the view from the apartments really bad. 5. Check-in was a bit strange as there was noone, thankfully everything was sorted out with just a phone call and they explained which room was ours. Overall, would visit again.
