We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. The place was clean and well-kept, and service was quick—especially when we requested extra towels. Check-out was smooth and fast, which we really appreciated. It’s about a 15-minute drive to downtown Annapolis and the historic district, so it's a convenient and quiet spot just outside the city. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked our family of four a two queen bedroom. When we arrived, they only had a king with a pull out full size sofa. They tried to blame us for booking through a third party site except 1) they offered rooms on the site 2) they had our correct reservations and 3) they received money from the site for the room. There was no hot water just luke warm, no shampoo and conditioner although there are slots for them, and only two towels with a reservation for four people. There was only one lumpy pillow for the sofa bed. The front desk person was the only saving grace and why I'm giving two stars instead of one. He seemed to be working by himself so we had to wait for all the missing items to arrive before we could shower and go to bed. Complete nightmare for daughter before attending boot camp. So much for having a last couple of nights in a nice bed and hot showers.

I was there with my family for a wedding and Kayonna at the Front Desk and Tamesheia in the Restaurant were amazing. They went above and beyond to help not only me and my family, but every other guest I saw them interact with. Thank you ladies.

List of “bads”: 1) curtains don’t overlap so light greets you early morning; 2) staff not willing to give you utensils to use in your room; 3) toilet really low — hard to get up! Hilton hotels seem “tired” in general. Very disappointing…we have been fairly loyal to Hilton’s — might be time for a change.

Did the digital key like usual. Had some people across the hall pretty loud watching some game. F this and that. Couldn’t get into my room. Went back to desk no one there. Waited. Guy came. Asked for another room. No room of this type available. Could get a lower tier room for same price. Asked for refund. Can’t do that. Ok. So worse room for the higher rate I paid. Been with Hilton 25 years. Please get manager. No manager. Call manager. No answer. No refund. Can’t do that either. I call corporate. They were very helpful. Said to put the guy on the phone. I get a room. Lower tier but some point comp. BTW no food or bar. No tea or coffee downstairs. Can’t get into room. Go back downstairs. Rekey. This room is a doozy. I made letters in the dust so I could photograph. The floor area of crud for mopping is interesting. The vent in the ac, my husband said omg don’t turn it on. The floor lamp is wobbled sideways. The fridge freezer is totally frozen over with ice, the carpet dust is gross.. that’s just part of it. The chair is something I would expect at trucker motel in 1970. I don’t exactly know what has happened to Hilton in the last two years but it has become the absolute bottom of the barrel. And that is sad. I had another stay just over a month ago where my hand was in sexual lube on a nightstand and the GM there tossed me 5000 points. It seems there is something across the board when managers are not at properties anymore and the prices keep climbing and the quality is absolute CRAP. Every time you check in you have to hold your breath and HOPE you are getting something decent. And that is the case here. Now they are going to write some thing about we are sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. The most annoying thing is Hilton sends out the dumb texts before you even arrive about if we can do anything.. how’s everything going BEFORE you get in the damned door. I would like to know, who got paid for THAT ridiculous idea. Run. Don’t stay here. Especially if you are military. Stay on post somewhere and save your money. I wish I could post the pics.
