This hotel is located near the sea, but I always feel that the facilities are somewhat successful. It is said to be the best hotel in the area, but it is still a little far from my standards. The spa facilities are still very complete. The food in the restaurant is generally nothing too amazing. The breakfast There are many varieties. This hotel is probably high-end in Estonia.

We had a great family holiday in Hedon Spa. The hotel is located right next to the beach, which is very convenient as the beach is one of the main places to be in Pärnu, of course. The hotel room was great, looked new and was well taken care of. I had accidentally booked a room from the old spa side, although we were hoping to get one from the modern side. The staff was extremely helpful and offered us a change to switch rooms. Thanks for that! We also had a nice balcony, where us parents could enjoy some pizza and wine after the kid's bed time. The only not-so-nice thing was that the local kids with scooters/motorcycles tended to gather right in front of the hotel in the evenings and arranged some kind of noise making competitions with their vehicles, which was not very relaxing to listen. The breakfast was very nice and generous. In the end, we want to SPECIALLY THANK the staff as we made a huge mistake and left our passports to the hotel room when we left. We only noticed that in Tallinn and had a huge trouble with timetables and stuff. The hotel staff quickly and super kindly arranged a transport to our passports so that we finally got them and made it to the last ferry in Tallinn. So grateful, super service attitude!

The location is perfect, on the beach. Safe parking. Rooms are very small. We stayed in the old part which was very quiet. Safe parking. Restaurants were outstanding, breakfast buffet had an incredible selection, every homemade ice cream! Spa treatments are a must!

Hotel good guality. Expensive drinks. Car pays 20€/Day !. I have to mention that customer should calculate/take photos from minibar. They charged extra 7€ EUR from me, item that I did not use ever ! Outrageus !! Nothing helped to get money Back. Never use that hotel again !

The location is perfect right on the beach front and the food at breakfast was good. But when booking a beach view room you couldn’t see the beach because there’s a load of trees In the way and if you book the spa package you only have access to 3 pools and 3 sauna’s the rest of the sauna costs another €28 per person

Lors de notre séjour à Parnu, nous avons décidé d'aller faire un tour dans ce spa qui était connu pour les bains de boue, aujourd'hui c'est un spa moderne avec plusieurs hammams, saunas. Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur ❤️ L'architecture est très belle. Nous n'avons pas dormis dans l'hôtel mais nous avons adoré leur offre "Spa silencieux" d'une durée de 3h avec leur coffret rempli de produits à base de sel de mer morte. Nous sommes sorties reposés comme jamais. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés 😉

The quality of the hotel's service and especially the attitude towards the customer's problem cannot be criticized. No solution was found, let alone an offer of compensation. Emails with inquiries were also not answered. A very overpriced place. They even charge a separate fee for parking on the hotel premises, and that is 20€ per day! The only rooms with a nice view are the extremely expensive Superior Rooms. The spa is small and not cozy at all. There are much better places in Pärnu! The only thing that was up to the expected level was the breakfast. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. Especially considering the amount that had to be paid. I definitely recommend avoiding this place!

Last part of our 14 day Baltic Tour and great ending to a lovely trip. Hotel is beautiful clean stylish with great staff. Spa is out of this world and well worth it. From what we saw walking around for 6 days would say the best Hotel in Parnu. Right on the beach and plenty of Bars and Restaurants a short walk away. Highly recommended
