The location is amazing walking distance to everything and next door to a huge play park. The beach is amazing and shallow which is great for kids. The sandcastle competition never disappoints! The campsite was spacious and clean.

Great location to the beach and playground. Very friendly and accommodating. Campground is well kept. Campground is very family friendly and quiet. Looking forward to staying next year!

We had an excellent stay in beach house 2. It was just as pictures showed it. On our arrival they had air running so it was nice and cool, and everything was clean! The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs, the bathroom had a large walk in shower and large tub, also had a second half bath, there was lots of hangers in closet so one was able to unpack. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very short walk to boardwalk and beach. Every room was very spacious. One thing to note, you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, as we were with family, that was not a problem. The outside had a large deck, with 2 tables and chairs. The view from the deck wasn't great, but that also wasn't a problem, as when we were there, we were always ready for some inside and cool time. The owner was very responsive to our texts, and very quick on bringing anything we needed. We definitely would stay there again.

Great place to stay. We were lucky to get a spot. We were in the over flow and it was good. The rest of the park looks great. Nice beach access. We will be back

The best caring helpful and follow up Everyone staying were courteous short walk to secured entrance to beautiful beach it was great and a short walk to downtown. Very cool place with a huge park next door for more activities super place .

I love this camp ground and have camped here a few times. The location by the ocean and right downtown are perfect to have all bases covered. I find the sites to be roomy and well cared for. As a solo female camper, I have always felt safe and at home at Park Sands. The family atmosphere keeps it that way.

This park has been a favourite for the past 50 years! The most relaxing and quiet park. It's close to everything and the ocean view is stunning. The owners/care takers are fantastic and beyond accomodating! Will always choose this park before any other!

We stayed in EW08 platinum holiday home. The park itself was lovely and clean. The amenities were we kept and although not used we will next time. The play park was lovely. And the staff couldn’t have been more helpful to us. We will definitely be booking to go again. It was a pleasurable 4 days there
