Great
GGuest UserThis is a beautiful unspoiled old hotel with lots of charm right in the middle of historic down town Prescott. The staff were super attentive & welcoming, beds were very comfortable, lots of little extras - tea, coffee etc & it did not smell of either mold or chemicals just clean. We ate in the hotel restaurant and had a quality meal we thoroughly enjoyed. An added bonus is they accept dogs.
GGuest UserBeautiful rooms, very clean everywhere, great location, ample yet quaint. Was like a miniature Vegas ****** and had just enough food options for anyone to be pleased. Loved the native and AZ local motif. Would go back in a heartbeat. If it could be improved any, it could use a small convenience shop on site. We thought it could be a nice wedding venue too- potential is there. This was just a simple getaway for wife and me for no real good reason at all. We were more than pleased with the food offerings and quality but skipped the buffet- no comments on that.
GGuest UserA pleasant surprise. Kokpelli was well equipped with a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. It was tastefully furnished and all the little extra touches were thoughtful. Bed was firm and comfortable.
Breakfast had sufficient options. All in, a treat compared to our stay in Vegas.

Very Good
GGuest UserWe’ve stayed at this resort before because of the ability to have a little kitchenette and a reasonable size accommodation without having to be in a hotel. The units themselves are a bit dated but clean and well-maintained. The grounds are beautiful with lots of fountains and several pools and a nice warm hot tub. This isn’t directly in town but what you get for that is amazing dark skies and quiet. Easy check-in but not a lot of reason to interact with the staff otherwise although there are activities for those that are inclined.
JJuvieJEasy check-in, great space for our family. There is a little kitchen to make simple breakfast and coffee. Maintenance came to fix problem very quickly after requested.
Too cold to try the pool as it's out of season anyway.
So much potential if rooms are refreshed/modernised.
GGuest UserOur second stay did not disappoint.
The breakfast area is large and clean with plenty of choices. The new coffee machine seemed to be a big hit.
My only peeve is that I wish they had some sort of shelf in the shower/toilet room. I hate juggling my eye glasses and underwear and personal supplies on the back of a toilet tank.
Hopefully we’ll be back next year. We like the location and access to many restaurants a short drive away.
GGuest UserThere are a lot of people staying on holidays, not far from the attractions, the transportation is convenient, the hotel is old and styled, clean and safe, the car on the first floor of the accommodation can be parked outside the door, it feels very safe, the coin-operated laundry drying clothes are only 1 dollar very affordable, all kinds of facilities are complete, but the restaurant is a little small, You have to queue up when you sleep late... Haha, there are many shopping conveniences in the surrounding environment, and the cleaning service staff are friendly and impressed .....
LLINThe location is very good, just on the Route 66 attractions, you can take photos and shopping. The host is also very nice, chatting with us, very warm, and telling us where the dinner is delicious. It is a nice place to rest on the way to the car.
Bbwr19I stayed here for one night to break up my journey from Phoenix to Flagstaff. The hotel is basic but was generally clean and it was an affordable place for me to get some rest. Bedding was comfortable but the furniture and fittings were a little bit worn, including in the bathroom. I would also criticise that the walls were a little thin and the door to the corridor had a large gap at the bottom which did cause some noise disturbance overnight from other guests and neighbouring rooms watching TV. Breakfast is basic but ample for the price. It is a 30 minute drive from Cottonwood and about 40 minutes to Sedona from this hotel. You are also located very close to Montezuma National Monument which is a must see in this area.
