We stayed here for two nights in January and two nights in February, both for hockey games. This hotel does a great job accommodating large groups. The lobby is large and inviting, but also had smaller nooks for TV watching. There were two conference rooms that could be reserved. The staff was very flexible and gracious. The bar tender is creative and made me a delicious minty martini. We booked the breakfast package on one stay, and it was worth the price. Otherwise, breakfast is not included. There are a number of restaurants that one can walk to. Getting to the hotel is challenging. WAZE actually directed me to the backside of the hotel that ended in a dead end in an apartment complex. Traffic on Secor Road is a mess.
The facilities are very new and should be open soon. The hotel is very clean, has breakfast, offers ice, more convenient than many four-five-star hotels, cost-effective! However, when the pre-authorization was deducted 2, the front desk felt like a novice. It’s good to stay for 1 night as a break, but his location is a bit far from the city center. It’s better to choose a hotel close to the city center!
