GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay, during our visit to ride The Polar Express! The Inn is very conveniently located for this experience, and The Hummingbird Room was perfect for the three of us. The breakfast was delicious, and we had many choices. There are lots of steps for some rooms, so be sure to ask, if this is a concern.

GGuest UserVery clean and tidy, the room is spacious, the bed is big, soft and hard, all the facilities are complete and relatively new. Reasonable prices for non-weekends. It's the best place to live in the Great Smoky Mountains, much better than Gatlinburg. The only regret is that the sound insulation effect of the bathroom is not good, and the sound of flushing the toilet is very loud. But sleep is still very quiet.

EElizabeth FaulknerIt was nice. We especially enjoyed the balcony with the view of the river. I was disappointed that there was no water in the pool and no ice in the ice machine . I would stay there again though.

It is a great budget motel and would recommend staying!
