Hotels with Parking in Santa Clara County

Paid extra for parking and breakfast, plus a service charge that I didn't notice when booking. Everything else was fine. The hotel is right across from In-N-Out, and there are lots of restaurants nearby, so the location is very convenient. We even drove to a Korean supermarket.

It is under renovation and smells! Also, the sound insulation is very poor!! The breakfast has been changed to a box, which needs to be picked up at the front desk, which is not acceptable. Not recommended in the short term, maybe after the renovation is completed? For reference only.

Overall, it has the feel of a small courtyard resort. There's an open fire near the lobby for warmth, and a small waterfall on the other side. Warming up by the fire at night is very cozy.

On the positive side, the receptionist upgraded our room to one with a balcony without us even asking. However, a few things were subpar. We understand that mistakes happen from time to time, but what made it worse was how they handled the issues with zero apology. 1. We checked in to find the body wash dispenser completely empty and we only realized it late at night. The night receptionist provided three small tubes but couldn't replenish it. When we asked the front desk again the next morning, we were told to find housekeeping. We tracked down housekeeping, only to be told to go back to the receptionist. 2. The bed linen had an obvious stain, and we weren't sure if it was still wet, so we just covered it with a towel. We decided not to complain further because it was already late that night, and the receptionist hadn't been very helpful with the body wash anyway. 3. Breakfast was pretty much gone by 9:29 AM. The kitchen staff was there initially but didn't do anything. A receptionist helped us try to locate them around 9:35 AM, but no one could be found. They finally showed up and replenished only the scrambled eggs at 9:55 AM, nothing else, but by then, it was already too late for us. The receptionist actually told us to file a formal complaint anyway, mentioning it has been a recurring issue.

The hotel room rate is very suitable for traveling with children. The reservation is made early. The surrounding areas are very convenient to drive to, within 15 minutes. The room is also relatively clean and quiet. Parking is $19 a night, which is okay.

This is a great place, very close to Silicon Valley. It only takes me five minutes to reach the company, and there are excellent Chinese supermarkets and a Walmart nearby. If you want to visit other American-style stores, they are just a 10-minute drive away. The front desk staff provides excellent and friendly service, and the breakfast is delicious. I’ll miss the food here. The only improvement needed might be the laundry service, as there is only one washing machine available, which is quite inconvenient.

The hotel is amazing and very luxurious and clean and all the staff are the best very knowledgeable and nice. Definitely would recommend to stay if you’re ever in the Palo Alto Area.

Breakfast is an American simple meal. I like it. Coffee, biscuits and tea are always available in the lobby. It is very atmospheric. The chocolate coconut biscuits are really delicious. The room is comfortable and suitable for family use. It has a microwave, refrigerator, utensils and utensils. Recommended and the price is reasonable.

The advantages of this hotel are: 1. The transportation is quite convenient. You can get there after getting off 101 and walking to the two lights. 2. We arrived after 17 hours flight, very tired and we did not noticed some problems: The bed was so noisy, it was difficult to sleep. I asked 3 times the workers at the front deck to fix it or change my room, nothing have been done. The fridge frose everything. Breakfest was average and disappointing. Room was big enough.
