Good location, clean and quiet Parking was in front of the room and all main locations were close

My husband and I take an annual trip.to Frankenmuth, Mich around Christmas time each year. We usually spend a fortune to stay in the town of Frankenmuth. We decided to stay outside of Frankenmuth and found the Springhill Suites in Saginaw, MI, about 20 min. from our destination. We were so pleasantly surprised by tbe accommodations. The suite was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly - even after locking ourselves out of our room twice. They were attentive and even offered restraunt suggestions. Tbe breakfast offered a great selection - sausage, rggs, waffles, juice, cereal, pastries etc. In addition, the hotel overall abd lobby was clean and very pretty. The only issue, which is minimal, was the pool size. It was a bit small. However, the hot tub was large and very relaxing. The price we paid for a 2 night stay in a beautiful suite at the Springhill Suites in Saginaw would not have covered one night in a standard hotel room in the town of Frankenmuth. I will look for this particular hotel during our future travels. They did everything right.

I've stayed here 3 times (3-5 days each) in the last decade. Each time has been excellent. Attractions: indoor pool/hot tub, free cold (cereal, bagels, juice) and hot breakfast (sausage, scrambled eggs; waffles if you wanted to make them), free parking, and only 5-minute walk from everything on Main Street in Frankenmuth. Room was clean, furniture was in good condition, plenty of hot water. I appreciated the shoe/hat/gloves cubbyholes next to the coat rack (which had plenty of hangers). I didn't need them this time, but an ironing board/iron and hair dryer were available. I didn't use the TV or microwave, but the fridge was very useful, and kept things cold. Standard wireless internet access worked fine (both for laptop and a phone). I booked about 2 weeks in advance, non-refundable rate to save some money. All staff and managers were friendly and helpful. Twice there were fresh-baked cookies put out at the front desk. I am very pleased and will stay there again. Highly recommend!

First time to stay at this hotel for my delivery run to Michigan, hotel room is super nice and bedding is very comfortable. Location is right off freeway and two chain restaurant diners are walking distance so can't complain about location, only drawback is the wifi was down and they don't include breakfast.

I loved that when we walked into our room we had a personal card from our house keeper Mariah. That is a beautiful gesture and we really appreciated the card!!! Thank You Mariah for making our stay great and May God Continue to Bless You and Your Family!!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided many options including eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. We used the hot tub and the pool. Both were well-maintained, and the facilities were not overly crowded or noisy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others wanting to get away.

I love it its nice an quite I got there to get away from people an relax an get much needed sleep

Area was really quiet, the tv didn’t work and a mystery stain on the side of the mattress other than that it was really well kept, staff were always friendly and willing to help and the coffee was amazing  .

The main hotel is nice the rooms behind the hotel are old and not updated at all mattress was old uncomfortable and sheets were paper thin so get a room in the main building of the hotel unless you stay one night
