TTutu912The room was very clean and tidy, and it felt very comfortable as soon as I entered the house. The room we stayed in was inside and outside, with a big bed, a large bathroom, comfortable bath, water pressure and temperature were very good. Very satisfied with a stay. Recommended stay 😊

AAnonymous UserI will definitely stay at this hotel when I come to Redding in the future. I have stayed in a total of 3 hotels in Redding, Sheraton, Hilton Garden Inn, and Holiday Inn. Only the Sheraton lives up to its name.
Hilton Garden Inn has the worst service and facilities among the three. The front desk has a poor attitude towards non-native English speaking guests and is obviously much less patient.
Sheraton will not have this feeling of being treated differently. The front desk staff is very polite and friendly to Chinese people. The house facilities are similar to those of newly built five-star hotels in China. They are new and comfortable. The rooms are relatively large and very clean. ; Moreover, the area where the Sheraton is located is very safe and belongs to a relatively good area in Redding. The nearby scenery is very good; the hotel restaurant is also very good. I was a little thirsty while waiting for a table. I wanted to buy a glass of orange juice and the clerk gave me a glass directly; I only stayed here. There is a real sense of vacation.

WWEIPINGThis hotel is really weird. I swiped my credit card 4 times in one night. I checked out and left yesterday. I swiped it again this morning, 1130 RMB in one night. I was already paying by Ctrip, but I swiped me 257 dollars. I don’t understand why after checking out. Still brushing

ZZHIJUNThe location of the hotel is good, there are many places to eat nearby, the room is a bit damp, the normal hotel breakfast, the transportation is very convenient, the parking space is sufficient, the overall feeling is good, the price is slightly higher.

RRosalind CRoom is spacious with a desk and chair, heater is working well, Safeway is right across, fridge and microwave are useful, convenient walkable location to a lot of eateries, Sundial Bridge.

GGuest UserCheck in was easy, staff was friendly.
Our room was clean but sparse. Very plain room with no toiletries except for soap and shampoo in pump bottles. I did find someone’s shower cap hanging from the bathroom door.
The bed was comfortable but didn’t sleep very well due to some machine noise outside.
We were disappointed that the breakfast was only until 9am. What hotel ends breakfast so early?
We don’t want to wake up early just to eat breakfast. Weirdest thing.
Overall, it was an okay stay. We were just passing through for the night.
If we pass through again, don’t think we’d stay again.
Do recommend Willy’s brewery and restaurant in downtown and Black Bear diner for breakfast.

SSuk ChingThe location and environment are good, but if you have requirements for cleanliness, don't stay here, because the cleaning is not in place, and the towels and simple cleaning are only changed every three days. The breakfast is not rich, but it is no problem to fill our stomachs. For us just passing by One night stay, there are free parking spaces, cost-effective
