Ffiona_baoGreat hotel, mainly new, very new, so everything looks good, the front desk attitude is also very good, overall I feel that the price-performance ratio is very high. The location is a little bit near downtown, because I booked an Italian restaurant next to it, so I stayed here, and it was surprisingly great. Go out to the river on the left and the sea on the right, both are very fast!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this Best Western and had a mixed experience. While the staff was friendly, there were quite a few issues that impacted my stay.
Firstly, the breakfast area was under renovation, and unfortunately, the appliances were not working, which meant that the eggs, sausage, and potatoes were cold. The area was also quite hot and crowded.
In the room, I encountered several maintenance issues: the door opener was broken, the internet was slow, the bathroom vent was not working, and the coffee machine was leaking and dripping on the floor. I did inform the reception, but the response was not prompt.
Overall, while the location was convenient, the condition of the facilities definitely needs some attention.

GGuest UserThe hotel is at a great location,room was clean, staff was very friendly, only down fall is the parking they only give you 1 parking pass so if you have 2 vehicles you have to pay to park in a different parking lot a little pricey
