Retro Inn at Mesa Verde

Great

Very good experience staying at the Retro Inn. Great selection of breakfast and friendly staff. The motel gives you a vibe of the 1970s, which was very cool. And they also have ping pong table, chess set, and many more. Highly recommended

Ute Mountain Casino Hotel

Very Good

Guest UserThe hotel continually makes a point about no smoking, during booking, in emails, at check in, etc., yet the whole lobby and first floor of the hotel stunk like stale cigarettes. There is a smoking casino directly off the lobby, but it certainly does not have adequate ventilation!
Also, the food in the restaurant was barely passable.

CayaNo-frills, budget-friendly hotel conveniently located. The free breakfast was more than adequate. The staff, although professional and competent, weren’t exactly friendly or welcoming. Biggest issue was the shower/bathtub. The water pressure was laughably weak and the hot water pretty much ran out completely within 5 minutes of turning on the shower. Not a pleasant experience in late fall/winter
