GGuest UserThe problem was the price we paid on trip.com was $60 dollars American more, then walking into the hotel and paying at the front desk  I went to trip.com to get a savings  And instead I paid $60 American dollars more than arriving at the hotel and paying at the front desk, without a reservation. It completely defeats the purpose of utilizing trip.com to save money on a motel. Better to go to the hotel site and see what they have to offer. I sent a message to trip.com and I never got a message back. I was hoping for some sort of compensation. Sincerely J.R

GGuest Userbooked a room with 2 queen sized beds for 3 days. called 3 days before hand and spoke to Diedra (?) and told her that because of mobility issues I would like a room towards the west end of the property. She was very accommodating and said has she would be the one to do the room assignments she would make a note to make sure it was handled. When we arrived, the night auditor, Robert, acted somewhat put out and acted like he was doing us a favor by ”finding” us a room in the requested area...when we entered the room it had 1 king sized bed and we were too tired from the drive to go back and request a change. The tub/shower was impossible for me to use because it was too high and there we no handles to use. Again, mobility issues was mentioned and obviously ignored. The used dental flossers in the cubby under the nightstand was nice as well as the garbage pickup right outside our room at 6:45 am Friday morning.

SShaynaAwesome value for price! Great location close to freeway and on east side of town so easy access to skiing Mt and close to downtown. Nice hot tub pool area to relax after the day and Quiet. Good all you can eat buffet self serve breakfast with a fun waffle maker!

RRaceMom21The affordable price reflects the hotel’s desperate need for renovations. The first room we were given smelled strongly of stale cigarettes even though it’s marked as a non-smoking room. The second room smelled ok but the window was broken, the bathroom toilet & shower were chipped and stained, and the bed wasn’t super comfortable (just felt like an old mattress). The hallway carpets don’t look like they’re ever vacuumed. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but it appeared to offer waffles, juice, and some assorted muffins & fruit. The staff was nice.
