AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very new. Although it is close to the highway and the airport, you can't hear any noise from outside. However, the internal sound insulation is not good enough. I can heard the noise from the next room, and also heard the noise from the floor above at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night.

GGracedududuExcellent stay experience in Medford with City Center motel.
This hotel was randomly selected while driving to Eugene. Newly renovated just last year, all the room amenities are brand new and modern. With only a few rooms available, it's highly recommended to reserve in advance. The entire hotel is set up like a small estate, where you can park your car right in front of your room.
The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing us with very useful information and great recommendations. If we have the chance to visit Medford again, we would definitely choose City Center as our top-of-mind accommodation.

NNadine RziguiBoth of us loved this hotel the rooms are really nice they have a microwave and fridge and coffee machine the beds are huge they put little gifts for you like cotton buds and make up removers shampoo conditioner etc.
There's a jacuzzi but we didn't go in, the pool was shut but that's okay, if there was an issue staff sorted it right away it was simple but sweet.
We aren't a big fan of Ashland so we couldn't come back but if it was somewhere else it would be my go to hotel very nice value

GGuest UserCheckin was nice and easy. Price was good. Room was ok. It’s near the main drag but traffic noise was not bad. Room had a lot of storage available, which we didn’t need or use. There were no clothes hangers. Also no Kleenex. Shower was pleasant but cold/hot are reversed. Location is near SOU. All in all, the low price outweighed the hanger & Kleenex lack. I’d book it again but bring my own of the 2 items.

This motel checked all the boxes…location, quiet, clean, pool and hot tub worked, breakfast was stocked completely, friendly staff and a very inviting atmosphere. It was awesome to finally stay somewhere I would gladly visit again. I’d recommend in a heartbeat.

TTiffany GlassThe hotel is set up very open and not all cramped together it actually spans across 4 buildings in one area of town. The front desk guy was very helpful and got me checked in to my room way early at about 9am and the room was phenomenal!! Definitely worth it to get the suite with the jacuzzi and balcony. Probably the nicest executive suite I have stayed in and I will be extending my stay and returning another time too. On my top 10 list of best hotels and service

蔡蔡The breakfast was good, and the guests staying in the hotel were mainly elderly. There is an outdoor pool. Parking is free and should not be an extra bed. The whole hotel is still very clean overall.

If you stay here, never give your credit card information to this business unless you want to lose 10-20%($5,75) of your tip without asking. No one serves you but they still automatically charge your credit card even if you have paid in full for your stay. You will not have this problem in other places.
