Hotels with Parking in El Dorado County

We really love the stay here. We came during off peak period at end April2024 and there were ample parking. The beach is just outside the lodge and we absolutely love the food selections that are within the vicinity. Love the serenity and comfortable 3 nights stay. Will absolutely love it to visit again during summer if I have the chance

It is a motel that has been refurbished, and the decoration is very trendy. The room is very warm, with heating and cooling air-conditioning and gas-fired heating embedded in the wall. There is still sound when the heating starts, but it is much quieter than the heating under the window. The location is not bad, in the downtown area of South Lake Tahoe, you can walk to the entrance of the heavenly cable car if you go skiing. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was medium to soft but comfortable. The disadvantage is that there is a lot of noise after going to bed at night, heavy footsteps in the corridor, knocking on doors in other rooms, etc. There is no microwave in the room, and there is a charge for using the microwave in the restaurant. The motel is very good, but if the budget is sufficient, try to live in a better place.

The Coachman Hotel at Lake Tahoe offers a great experience with reasonable pricing that feels like a good value for the quality and location. The property is clean, well-maintained, and features a beautiful modern-rustic design that fits the Tahoe vibe perfectly. One of the nicest perks is the complimentary tea and coffee, which is surprisingly high-quality and delicious. Additionally, the hotel is located very close to the lake, making it convenient to walk over and enjoy the views anytime. Overall, it is a clean, beautiful, and budget-friendly place to stay.

The family has not seen each other for more than five years and they are planning to spend three days together here. The service is great. There is coffee at the front desk and it is open 24 hours a day. In particular, there is a heated swimming pool and spa. It is very comfortable.

Check-in was unnecessarily stressful. The confirmation email came from an unfamiliar address, so I didn’t click the registration link at first — a reasonable precaution given how common phishing scams are. This left my registration incomplete at check-in. I called the number provided, but no one answered. I eventually had to click the link and enter my information, including credit card details, without being able to verify it beforehand. It turned out to be legitimate, but the property should use a more recognizable sender or a clearer verification process. The property doesn’t match its listing photos. The Trip.com pictures are appealing, but the reality was underwhelming — everything felt average at best. Parking was a real problem. I returned late at night and barely got the last open spot. The guest after me had to park somewhere not designated for parking, and a truck was taking up two spaces on its own. There was no on-site staff managing the lot. For a property relying on free, first-come-first-served parking, this needs actual oversight during peak hours. The one genuine positive: location. Just a few minutes’ walk to the village center, which was convenient for our activities.

The BBQ area was excellent — the environment and facilities were well maintained, and the hotel provided all the utensils we needed, which was very convenient and satisfying. However, the downside was the loud ventilation fan at night, which couldn’t be turned off and made it hard to sleep.

It’s our first time in Tahoe and I feel I made the right choice to stay here! The room was so clean and nice. Fireplaces made us feel cozy but it was way too hot (I went in spring). I decided to stay here because I wanted to cook and they provided ALL kitchen items you need also iron. Like they provide you all you need. Also the parking lot. Love it here. I made the right choice to stay there instead of a hotel. So romantic and cozy vibe. But I would recommend the housekeeping deep clean the bedside lamps, as there is dust caused allergies to us (I can wipe the wood), other than that is amazing!

Great service, there is hot chocolate packs, tea and coffee at reception. Room is clean. However, room is slightly small and it is difficult to find space to open luggage on the floor. Bathroom is cold, maybe cold air was coming through the ventilator. Air condition/heater is efficient, but air flow is too strong even at low fan setting.

The star rating is not too high and there is no disappointment and surprise. The only problem is that the air conditioner is too noisy. It is not cold for the meeting, and it is noisy if it is turned on. There is a kitchen and you can cook something to eat yourself. The exhaust in the bathroom is very noisy. Combined with lighting, it is not enough to open it. . Maybe it's a hotel in the early days.

Location: Excellent location right in the town center, close to Stateline – very convenient for exploring the area. Parking: Available for $10 per night. Note that it’s park at your own risk. Check-in Staff: Outstanding service – friendly, welcoming, and informative. Room: Clean and nicely maintained with a fresh scent. Lighting is a bit dim for my preference. The bed is on the softer side but still comfortable. Bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast: Great hot breakfast selection including eggs, bacon, potatoes, and a variety of bread, bagels, and muffins. Overall: Great value for money. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in a central location.
