RRashid AppadoloIt was a little confusing at first because Homewood suites and Hampton inn was listed at the same property. But we are glad that we chose Hampton as it was cheaper but also shared the same amenities. The rate was decent and for the quality. It was a little bit out of the way to get to the city but the bus was accessible and it's supposed to only take about 30 minutes or so to get to the city.

최최중열The Hamton Inn Paramus Hotel is 30 minutes away from Manhattan. The family was satisfied because we could use a relatively new hotel at a much more reasonable price than the city center of New York on a weekend with a lot of travel demand.

GGuest UserThe biggest problem is that the independent heater cannot be turned off, which makes it extremely noisy at night. I didn't sleep well all night and was very tortured. Another problem is that the outbound transportation is not very convenient. You need to find the boarding point at the Port authority bus terminal and learn how to use the automatic ticket vending machine or app to buy long-distance bus tickets (but the number of trains is quite dense), or It cost over $50 to take a taxi. If you don't mind these two points, there is nothing wrong with this hotel.

AalombaI checked in for a one night stay and found it satisfactory. The check in process was easy, but it took a while because I was behind a large group when I arrived and only one person was at the front desk. Once a second person showed up, I was helped, but then they offered me a bottle of water they did not have available. Instead of taking one from the convenience shop, it was just ”oh well.” I ended up getting one later when I stopped back at the desk, so it was not as huge deal.
Room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice, well stocked, and had good water pressure.
The only negative thing about the location is the weird traffic pattern at the hotel. In order to leave, you have to drive all the way around the buildings next door. Very odd.

TTed DhanaThe hotel room layout was nice with most amenities needed. Fresh coffee is available all day in the lobby area. However, the room and building interior were a bit aged. There were some stained spots on the carpet in our room.
Fitness room was clean and sanitized but lack of weight machines. There were only some drum bells only.
The hotel location is convenient as it is right next to a big gas station with a convenient store for a quick stop for snacks and drinks. Woodbury Common outlet is around 20 minutes drive. Hotel breakfast was good with variety of hot and cold food to choose from. Temperature control in the room was fine with digital control. Front desk staff was very helpful.

KkiainsOur room is in the 4th floor, but all the kitchen smells will come to the room with the ventilation system. It’s is really a bad issue because any respiratory disease will be transmitted freely in this hotel.
The quilts are extremely uncomfortable.

SsunnycoinThe room on the upper floor is very nice, very clean and bright. There is a separate shower, which is commendable. There is a bathtub downstairs and the lighting is not good. I recommend a room on a higher floor, it is worth staying!

GGuest UserA common problem with American hotels... The environment and facilities are average, the bed is comfortable, the window is large and the view is OK. But the most speechless thing is that the front desk is not familiar with the business, which caused a long delay in checking in the room and failed to check in smoothly.
