Very good, the hotel is new and clean. The bathroom facilities are much better than those of hotels of the same level.

Next to Starbucks, very close to downtown, $10 taxi. Hotel service is good, self-service washing machine and dryer are very interesting, haha.

The hotel staff is super nice, the facilities are basically all there are, and the breakfast is pretty good. What I am not satisfied with is that the facilities need to be updated. The window air conditioner is very noisy at night, especially when I can't sleep due to jet lag, it feels like driving a tractor. The shower in the bathroom does not work well. The pull-type switch can only draw half of the water out of the shower, so there is not much water.

The hotel is approximately 20 minutes drive from the XNA northwest airport of Arkansas. The hotel will have a free shuttle bus. Amazing easy check in. The hotel was great and provided almost everything we needed. Just no hair dryer but not a deal breaker I brought not own anyhow.
