GGuest UserHands down absolutely the best hotel and staff I've encountered in a long time. And I've been to some pretty good ones. clean, nice up to date hotel and rooms. Access to channels if you want to watch television. Plenty of plugins for your electronic devices. Lots of lighting in the the rooms.
Then, there's the breakfast, absolutely the most options of ever seen at a continental style breakfast at a hotel. Everything was appesred fresh. Everything tasted good. Plenty of options even if you have allergies. Convenient hours for breakfast also.
Starting with a front desk staff, I should have mentioned, they were super friendly, helpful and patient. This Meridian location has a nice little selection for snacks, microwave small meals and other amenities. If you're traveling, this is so nice, not to have to drive and to somewhere else. If you forgot something or have an urge for a diet Coke.
They even have a a filtered drinking fountain to fill our big water cups, plus a lemon water with ice dispenser in the lobby.
We will be staying here again.

GGuest UserThe sparrow was an amazing place to stay, there is a unique common area to play games or get work done in and also it is attached to a cool coffee shop. Ayla was absolutely incredible. Giving that it is downtown I was unfortunately woken up a couple times early in the morning due to a car alarm going off, but that was more so just what you get being downtown and not reflecting of the hotel itself which was wonderful. Hope to stay there again my next time in Boise.

HHoffmanSteveWhat a nice surprise. This is a fairly new hotel. It was very nicely appointed. The room was nice size and the location was close to restaurants but secluded enough to feel safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a quick over night stop.

RRaleigh WelchThe hotel needs to have better service. The check in times were better during Covid. The mandatory 4 pm check in is just crazy. We have always checked in early. I don’t mind not having access to the room till after 4 pm but not check in early really. Plumbing issues I see but that day the maintenance people were very rude and not accommodating. I believe they are feed up with the hotel management in general and to showed.

GGuest UserI didnt use amenities. Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was decent, clean. Comfortable bed. Spacious. The only downside was the fact that the walls joined the elevator which was a bit noisy. Good hotel to stay at. Close to food/beverage/downtown. Well done Boise!

DDe LinIt's literally within walking distance from Boise Airport, so not a bad walk if it's nice out. Wifi was an issue, got fixed, the front desk lady, Claudia, very nice helped out and got it fixed, but off with connection issue again next morning. Didn't get to eat breakfast because it closed at 9AM...the bed is rather soft and it's very similar to Holiday Inn Express in set up...

GGuest UserThe room smelled a little musky but the person at the front desk said they had just cleaned the carpets. A couple little things were broken in the room but the shower was good and the bed was super comfy/soft. Slept great! Overall a good experience
