Great
РРомаджан😊 What liked:
📍 This location was very nice. Always there was a parking space for us this is a big plus.
🔥 Your own boiler with individual heating huge plus! I was pleased separately with warm floors: it is very nice to walk and warm the feet 😊
🚿 Excellent shower: good pressure, hot water was always thanks to its own boiler. This plan liked everything very much.
🛏 In the main bedroom, a large whole mattress was very convenient sleeping on it was pleasant.
🍳 Good breakfast, everyone with pleasure had breakfast and remained satisfied.
🧺 There is a washing machine. First there was no dryer and there was a question where to dry the clothes, but at our request it was brought. In the minus it is not written: the question was solved, and it is plus.
🙁 What didn't like:
🍽 Kitchen is disappointed. For housing, which is located as apartments, the equipment is weak: the stoves are not at all, so to prepare food will not work. Microwave too is not even to heat ready food anywhere. The settling was lacking dishes, cup and roller. After the handling, everything was brought, but I wish the necessary kitchen utensils were already on the spot.
🛏 The mattresses were inconvenient in the children's room felt very much springs. I would like to replace them.

GGuest UserWe stayed in a suite at the hotel. The view was magnificent. I couldn't take my eyes off the beauty of the Black Sea. We had our evening coffee and breakfast on the terrace balcony. The toilet and bathroom smelled wonderful; it was clean and spacious, comparable to a 5-star hotel. The room was huge. The reception staff, especially the Palestinian child, were so kind, tolerant, and helpful. I highly recommend it. It's very close to the center, a 4-minute drive. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't offer any food or breakfast, but there's a supermarket across the street and restaurants nearby. It's on a busy street with affordable places to eat. We ate pizza for two, bought breakfast items from the supermarket at a good price, and there's a kebab shop right around the corner. We only stayed one night but were very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserFriendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.

GGuest UserThe Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy.
Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel is good.
We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved.
The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles.
The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

EElena AntonovnaWe stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.

GGuest UserWas upgraded to sea view, amazing indoor heated pool a little bit similar to the olympic. Sauna and steam room amazing facilities. Breakfast was superb. It's worth every penny. Greay location, plenty of parking.

GGuest UserThe staff are helpful, but the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, and the rooms are saturated with a suffocating and unpleasant smell of cigarettes.

FFRLOUYI 88We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. But then again, it is close to all the main attractions, so depends what you're looking for! Overall, I woul
