Perched on a gentle slope leading up to Uçhisar Castle, this hotel offers one of the most tranquil and scenic stays in Cappadocia. While it doesn’t have the lively buzz of Göreme, it more than makes up for it with peace, stunning views, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink—a chilled lemon juice—which was just the vitamin boost we needed after a long journey. From the terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of Göreme Valley and even catch a glimpse of Mount Erciyes in the distance. It’s a truly luxurious moment of stillness and beauty.
I highly recommend choosing a volcano-view room—waking up to that breathtaking scenery is unforgettable.
The rooms are styled in a classic stonework design, echoing Cappadocia’s cave heritage. While I felt the interior could have had a bit more elegance considering the price point, the overall atmosphere was cozy and authentic. One of the highlights was the bathtub with a view—soaking while overlooking the valley is an experience you won’t forget.
However, due to the unique layout of hotels in this area—often built into the rock and closely connected—it’s good to be aware of privacy when using open-view facilities like the bath.
Breakfast is served as a set plate with a focus on fresh vegetables and cheeses. Eggs can be ordered, but it would be nice to have a bit more variety. That said, having breakfast while friendly cats roam around adds a touch of charm that’s uniquely Turkish.
Though the hotel is slightly removed from the center of Göreme, it’s still within walking distance to Göreme National Park if you’re up for a bit of a trek. Along the way, you’ll pass some incredible viewpoints that are well worth the effort—perfect for sunrise or sunset walks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making me feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and convenient for transportation. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely come back again!

GGuest UserFantastic hotel less than 10 mins away from the busy main street. Jacuzzi in the room lovely outdoor foyer spotless room great shower unbelievably helpful staff. Hakan was especially helpful giving us reccomendations and discounts for local restaurants and advice for bookings as well as a good chat. Couldn't reccomend enough

He adds a sense of detachment from nature to this town with his own form and style.We booked this hotel for a large number of favorable comments on the Internet, and it did not live up to our expectations.From the first three puppies, to check-in, to breakfast service, they all show their professionalism and hospitality.Unfortunately, the weather was bad at that time, otherwise we would have experienced its unique beautiful observation deck and bar. Do come again next time.

Very attentive, polite and friendly hotel specially compliment to both Zeynep & Mensure. Both are lovely ladies.Thank you once again for everything during our stay . SSonia RaphaelWe booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop).
📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp.
They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel.
🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅
🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot!
🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people!
Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom.
🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️.
The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼
🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request.
Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here!

📝 Notes for improvement:
- Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the views from the rooms were amazing!
The breakfast was lavish and I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were very kind and always polite.
The mascot cat, Kuroneko, was also cute.
Uchisar is at a higher altitude than Goreme, so the views are generally beautiful and I personally recommend it. (It's not too far from the hot air balloon spot either.)
I'd love to stay here again if I come to Cappadocia!

WwilliamkamThis hotel is perched on a high point in Cappadocia, offering panoramic views of the entire village. At night, the illuminated houses create a beautiful spectacle. On a clear day, watching the sunset from the restaurant and terrace, surrounded by hot air balloons of all colors, is incredibly romantic. You can even book a vintage car with the owner to chase and photograph the hot air balloons – it's a truly breathtaking experience. The hotel's service is excellent, and the rooms are clean and economical. As it's a cave hotel, some humidity is expected, but running the air conditioning easily takes care of it. The breakfast is delicious and the views are fantastic; I highly recommend it.

LLay Har YeoWe really enjoyed our stay at Arinna Cappadocia! The owner, Mustafa, and his team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and to ensure that we were fully taken care of when it came to transport and activities. In fact, Mustafa personally checked us in and gave us a mini orientation when we arrived at the hotel, despite it being pretty late at night. 🙏🏻
Regarding activities: if you’re the type of free and easy traveler that doesn’t pre-book their itinerary/tours until you reach your destination, the team at Arinna has you covered. We had already booked two tours prior to arriving in Cappadocia, but when we wanted to do camel-riding, horse-riding and a whirling dervish performance, we only had to tell them when we wanted to do and they took care of everything.
The room we stayed in was very comfortable, had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning, and WiFi was strong too. Water pressure in the bathroom was AMAZING. If I could give some gentle feedback, it’s that one of the rugs in our room was a little worn and the frayed edges made it a bit of a tripping hazard, and the main door creaks quite loudly as well. But truly, these were very minor issues that did not bother us much at all.

- All the staffs are really helpful. They helped us to book the hot air balloon in a cheap price and gave us suggestions for scheduling our trip in Cappadocia.
- The decorations of our room are beautiful too. But there are too many midges/ inserts in the bathroom (more than 10), too awful...
