The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, there are many choices of pillows, the sanitation is very clean and neat, the service is very responsive and meticulous, but the equipment is a little old and the noise is a little loud. Our room is on the first floor and has a little damp smell

That's the best hotel I've ever stayed in. We stayed in Premium 2 bedroom villa,at the level of a 5-star hotel! We had everything what we could ask for to make a breakfast or dinner. We got a dishwasher and washing machine with capsules, hairdryer, coffee machine and coffee, sugar, milk powder etc. My kids were over the moon. The level of cleanliness in this hotel is incredible! We extended our stay. Staff very friendly. Let not even mention the pool, looks fantastic you can ask for. We definitely want to come back!

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. I have been staying at another hotel in the area a few times each year for the past 3 years,  however having been asked twice at checkout for a tip from the front office staff, I was simply appalled and decided to check out Ria Park.  An absolutely fantastic of hotel and extremely worthy of its five star.  From the concierge to the front of house, waiting and housekeeping staff and pool service… Myself and both of my daughters (in theur20’s)  had an absolutely wonderful time and plan to return again very  soon.

The first hotel has a rich Western breakfast, the second is suitable for parent-child travel a bit like Yalong Bay, the third hotel offers free parking, and the fourth hotel requires children under 12 years old to enjoy extra bed and breakfast for free. Each hotel in Europe is different. Please read the hotel rules carefully when booking. The hotel should belong to the first-line sea view, 2 minutes walk from the hotel's outdoor pool to the beach, 2 minutes walk to the casino, 10 minutes walk to the yacht club, of course, the yacht club can't drive in, only walk. Those who need to go out to sea can also book here, and a variety of rides are available. The yacht club is surrounded by restaurants and shops, a bit like Beijing’s Houhai, and very lively at night. The British have come here for a lot of vacations, so all English exchanges are no problem. Finally, there is a little twist, that is, at check-in, the hotel checks my order, does not show the child, only 2 adults. At the beginning, we need to pay a trampoline fee of 100 Euros. After communicating and checking the documents, there is no charge, and I directly change my order to 2 adults and 1 child. Every time I book a hotel, I will fill in the ages of adults and children. I have never encountered similar problems before, and there may be differences in each hotel management. However, I still hope that Ctrip can improve the order. Having said that, I hope I can help you.

This was such a beautiful stay. All the staff there were so lovely and accomodating. When arrived we were told we had a room upgrade which was amazing, we also had a bus which didn’t leave until later and the staff were lovely enough to let us leave our bags and hang around until we needed to go. The pool is area is beautiful and so spacious, there is also an amazing restaurant next door.

The hotels Vila Galé (this is the 6th in the last 2 years) are the best of the quality of service offered. The fact that I have been scheduled by an operator was ”probably” assigned to me one of the less well-located rooms (642), a behavior that is not very pleasant. The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast service, despite the great affluence of guests, works very well.

Just managed to book this for 1 day for my birthday weekendfor myself and my daughter and wished I had booked it for the entire duration of my 6 day stay in Portugal. Clean, peaceful, pool was crystal clear, staff were friendly. d I somehow managed to get it for a very competitive price, not the usual rate. The staff make the hotel really . They are brilliant.very kind and great service . However the breakfast and the amenities like the indoor pool are not up to scratch for 5 star hotel . Breakfast was very low in quality and the indoor pool was so dated , small and honestly terrible. The outdoor pool could use renovation too. The gym (you can’t even call it a gym as there is about 5 pieces of equipment in it). My room was absolutely fab. Really liked it and loved where I was positioned, had the sun on it I’ll afternoon. Big rooms too either big balcony’s. They should have a shuttle down to the marina like most other 5 star hotels in the area as it is far. If you are a golfer I think you will enjoy this place , if you’re not then maybe somewhere with more amenities might be better for you.

Great facilities for me as an individual athlete training in the offseason. Allowing me to physically train and mentally relax as well. The football Astro, gym, hot sauna & outdoor pool were the standouts for me. There’s a really nice walk in the sun to the beach as well. The reception team was class, super friendly and helped with any queries. Would thoroughly recommend !
