__cmb439226832290****Warm and friendly front desk, providing various suggestions and help, there is a kind of warmth of a family hotel. On the day of leaving, in addition to storing luggage, you can also come back to take a shower and then go, very considerate.
The hotel is small but enough, in line with the picture. The location is very good, the sea view is invincible, just a few steps to the most lively center of the town, eating, drinking and shopping are all available.

MMrs_TravelAbsolutely stunning experience! We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The hotel facilities are superb, beach and views and breathtaking. If you go on a left from the beach there is a wonderful easy hike with spectacular views, approximately 30 mins one way. Lots of even more stunning nature within 15-20 mins drive from the hotel. We will definitely be back! ＜3

VV GorVila Vita Parc is a truly lovely hotel and unlike anywhere I have stayed before. The service is excellent, and the twice-daily room service is very much appreciated.
There is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from, offering different styles of cuisine. Although they are slightly expensive, the quality makes the prices acceptable.
I would definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserWe are disappointed with the lack of professionalism and security at the hotel. We suffered a serious case of harassment, we reported it to the hotel and they did not even want to call the police. We felt unprotected since the harasser threatened us with death, and the hotel did not respond to all this. There was no protection or security on their part and to top it off, scared, we had to leave the hotel early seeing the little security they provided us. A disaster in security. We are going to sue them.

Comfy beds, clean apartments. Could do with a bit more shelving in the bathroom (even a small chair under the sink would do) and some hooks here and there, but otherwise perfect.

TTithiAbsolutely loved the two bed sea view villa upgrade.. the pool was clean.. the kitchen was well equipped and we cooked our own meals during our stay.. better to get groceries supplies from nearby Lagoa town as the stores next to hotel doesn’t have much options.. Algarve Saco and Carveiro beach is walkable distance and there are few trekking routes next to hotel ..

1, good location, ten minutes walk from the center of the town
2, Free parking
Disadvantages:
1. The housekeeping staff was rude, we took the initiative to say hello, they responded coldly, and there was hostility in their eyes.
2, the room is relatively small
3. Breakfast is simpler
4. The overall decoration is simple, completely unmatched with the four-star
5. The room arrangement is very biased. After the elevator is out on the floor, it takes 1 and a half minutes to get to the room.
Important point: 3 hours after we checked out, we found that the charger of the laptop was forgotten in the room. We called the hotel immediately. The hotel said that we would reply to us after verification. I waited for 3 days and did not receive a call from the hotel.
Here I want the table field Trip.com customer service, one day I called more than a dozen calls to urge the implementation, and finally waited for the hotel to confirm the reply found.
If it's not because of Trip.com , I don't want to give 4 points.
