Had an amazing & wonderful trip with my beloved husband. Its a special.treat for his birthday. Thank you Parkroyal Penang for the extraordinary hospitality with complimentary room upgraded to the Lanai Suite and delicious birthday cake. My husband really enjoyed his birthday treat. We just love everything about your resort. Everything nearby and walking distance. Your food is really good . We dine in at Cinnamon and Gustoso food is delicious. Kudos to chef and services staff too. Talking about cleanliness wow my room.is top notch clean with comfortable bed and lovely view. Really love everything about Parkroyal Penang ! Last but not least the STAFF itself who play very important role for the hotel. Even the hotel is full house they never fail to smile , chit chat and serving an excellent services to the guest They all very warm.n friendly 💐💐💐💕💕💕 Big thank you to.all.of them and tgey deserve to be rewarded accordingly ! perfect location for travel with family, the view very beatiful, i booking 3 day 2 night with seaview room, the hotel servis very good at counter n the staff very friendly, what ever i reqs, the alway accept n sent into the room, only buggy luggage very bad service n disspointed, i reqs to sent at car parking cause i park to far, but this guys reject to sent me n my family time checkout, so bad service n i have to carries my luggage with my son n husb.

The location of the hotel is outside the city center. Quite difficult for those who don’t have a car. However, it is easy to get a Grab. Just wait for 5 minutes to get a Grab. The breakfast is super good. Stayed there for 3 days, and the main dishes change every day. Nice and cosy place. During the stay, need to check in at the temporary office because it is under construction. The room is ok not super but but needs to be improved on the condition of the room. Overall, if you intend to stay for relaxing, this is the place.

Bayview Beach Resort Penang was an excellent choice for our family stay. The Family Suite was spacious, comfortable, and offered great value for money. The breakfast was delicious, though the selection was limited. The hotel’s family-friendly atmosphere made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Shangri-la Rasa Sayang resort as part of a journey down memory lane. Having lived in Penang in my childhood I was visiting with my wife after over 40-years and the only place I wanted to stay was this hotel where I had once been as a young boy. I’m glad to say that the hotel not only fulfilled my emotional needs but stands tall for its prime beach location, grand design, lush gardens, amazing buffet, and exotic ocean views. The reception staff recognized my milestone birthday at check in and sent us a bottle of red wine 😊 which was a great start. Our room had one of the best views from the balcony (most rooms have a good view) and a very comfortable bed, fully equipped bathroom and amenities. Outside the buffet in the morning are two hawkers preparing Teh Tarik and Kaya Toast while the buffet itself includes Malaysian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Western, and bakery sections. It’s a large dining area inside but also a lot of garden seating with ocean views. We got massages on the beach both days (which I highly recommend) and my wife also got a facial at their spa. Ours was the Garden Wing which is newer with an artistic pool area but the adjacent Rasa Wing which dates back to the original hotel is also equally good. The Batu Ferringhi road is lined with hotels and hawker markets which really come alive at night…we did walk through them once but preferred to relax in the resort itself. It’s a 20-25-min drive from Georgetown and about 30-45-min from the Penang bridge. If you’re looking to get the best in terms of a relaxing holiday and ease of access to other parts of Penang, I would highly recommend this hotel!

We loved everthing about this hotel..its was my 1st experience stay at this hotel…receptionist n staf was good n so friendly…its my lucky day because they upgrade my room from deluxe guest room with balcony seafacing to deluxe suit with balcony seafacing…the room was spacious n clean…room facilities is good…view hotel is beautiful n near beach…love stay hear because very quite n calm..breakfast was good n love the coffee🥰..will repeat again.. Very easy to park
