"The staff were all very kind and polite, and I was very satisfied. I had previously made a reservation at Toyoko Inn in Hakodate, but there were no rooms available and I was moved to another store. The way they treated me at that time was so rude that I thought I would never use them again, but this time there were no other rooms available so I had no choice but to stay there, and my impression of the place has changed so much that I wondered if it was the same hotel."
