Amazing
GGuest UserA truly excellent stay. The front desk had a very helpful staff member from Taiwan. The breakfast restaurant was superb, offering outstanding food and a wonderful dining experience. The swimming pools were also excellent, featuring both a saltwater pool and a regular pool, making them perfect for kids. We also enjoyed beautiful sunset views. There are several good restaurants nearby, which are ideal for families with kids. The hotel's location is very convenient, perfectly situated between Naha, the northern ocean park, and Dino.
CCurious TravellerThe overall condition of the hotel, including the rooms, restaurants and pools, is good. The room (over 60 sqm) is spacious with a tatami and sofa sitting area as well as a small balcony facing the sea. The view at sunset is beautiful. There are not many rooms per floor so the hotel is quiet and relaxing. We had the pool to ourselves on both occasions when we swam. The private beach just opposite the hotel( 6-7 minutes walk downhill ) is also worth a visit but it closes at 6pm. The sister hotel nearby offers shuttles and tuk tuk service and they were nice to come back to the beach to pick up any hotel guests 10-15 minutes past six ( even though the schedule indicated that the last shuttle would be at 6pm. ). Breakfast had good options and definitely worth it as there isn’t any cafe nearby. For lunch or dinner, there are 10-12 restaurants within walking distance offering Okinawan cuisine and the concierge is happy to make recommendations. Parking costs ¥1000 per day and they offered a ¥1000 yen voucher if we opt for the “no daily cleaning “ option. The voucher can be used for parking or shopping in the hotel.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for its facilities and we loved the very large room( try to go the indoor pool and the sauna too).
ZZhuyuanyurundezhuyingAfter comparing several resorts in the central region, we finally settled on Moon Beach. I was initially worried about the hotel being a bit older, but now I have no regrets about choosing it. The breakfast selection was extensive. If you sleep in and miss breakfast, you can simply switch it for lunch instead. The airport bus stops right outside the hotel lobby, which is incredibly convenient. It would have been perfect if the weather had been a bit better. All in all, I highly recommend this place when visiting Onna Village.
BBanlimamaI was initially very pleased with the hotel's location. The pool and beach facilities were excellent, and there were also two breakfast options. However, the only truly unpleasant experience occurred during check-in. The young male staff member at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional. The check-in process took a full 45 minutes, and I was almost on the verge of heatstroke from standing there so long! After finally checking in, I wanted to quickly freshen up with a shower, but then waited another 30 minutes in the room for my luggage. I eventually went back to the front desk to inquire about my bags, only to find them unceremoniously dumped in a corner, completely unattended. It was only after I made a forceful complaint in English that a staff member hurriedly delivered the luggage to my room. Because I formally submitted a complaint, a staff member later proactively contacted me and offered water park coupons, which showed they were taking the matter seriously. Given we were a family with elderly parents and young children, traveling during the peak summer heat, I appreciated their effort to rectify the situation, as I really didn't want any more hassle. Aside from that, the remainder of our stay was quite pleasant. Although the room facilities were noticeably dated, they were acceptable.
CChilunThe hotel is located on Kouri Island, with a very nice view of Kouri Bridge.
The room is large and equipped with cooking utensils. It can accommodate many people.
The cleaning time was very random and did not follow the schedule, and the hotel staff came into the room to clean without prior notice. I was a bit dissatisfied.
Since I had notified the hotel through Trip.com before departure that I would arrive very late, but when I arrived, I found that the front desk was closed, and there was no prior notice from Trip.com or the hotel about the key collection arrangements, which made my group very panic. Fortunately, I found Trip.com customer service to find the password. Thank you to the customer service and compensation for helping me handle it that day.

Great
GGuest UserI was innocently to believe there are several swimming pools from the hotel photo, but was disappointed that there is only one (hotel mentioned they have 3, actually is the same one but with shallower water at both sides).
We planned to swim and go outside in daytime and to enjoy the outdoor bath in our own terrace afterwards, but we found there were a lot of insects and flies at night, and we even not dare to open the terrace door to avoid the insects enter our room! The breakfast is a bit early to end at 10am. It is buffet style but not much good to eat. We only go for one day and find sth better to eat outside the rest of the days even though our room rate included breakfasts.
But Aquasense is still a lovely hotel! The room is really spacious and there were three large comfortable beds. The fridge is a home-use size with freezer which seldomly found in most hotels, we can store icecream there and can eat anytime we want to. And the view from terrace is amazing and feel relaxed to stay in the room with lots of sofas! Lastly, I must mention about the fireworks! Hotels launch the fireworks specially for summer in July and Aug, we can enjoy the fireworks at our own terrace. We all loved it so much and it is really an unforgettable experience,
GGuest UserSince 2015, we have visited this hotel numerous times and always enjoyed its wide array of amenities. The hotel features a game room, public bath, spa, and sauna, ensuring guests have plenty of ways to relax and unwind. Additionally, it offers a diverse menu of activities, including unique marine sports, making it perfect for those seeking adventure. Situated within the Okinawa National Beach Park, the hotel provides easy access to the beach, allowing guests to step out and enjoy the beautiful coastline.
The hotel also houses three stores, offering convenient shopping options at any time. We especially appreciated receiving free coupons when room service wasn’t required. Breakfast at the hotel is truly exceptional, with a variety of choices available. We particularly enjoyed the sushi bowls served on two mornings during our stay. The dining area is thoughtfully designed, with both indoor and outdoor seating that ensures privacy between tables. Dining while gazing at the stunning sea view was a delightful experience.
However, one issue marred our otherwise pleasant stay. On the night of our arrival, two family members used the public bath and were informed that the fee was 300 yen per person. Yet, upon checkout, we discovered we had been charged 1800 yen for their visit. Despite asking the receptionist twice for clarification, she insisted this was the correct charge for two people. My family members noted that other guests had paid 300 yen in cash before entering the bath, but since they didn’t have cash on hand, the fee was billed to our room. This discrepancy felt unfair and left us disappointed.
Overall, despite this billing issue, we greatly enjoyed our time at Rizza Sea Park Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)This hotel is motel style kind of resort with private beach, expensive but cheaper than the other similar hotels in the Onna area which are also by the beach. I had a ground floor room so didn't have a view (garden view) but if you stay in the upper levels you should get a view of the ocean and beach. The beach is just a few minute walk behind the hotel, and is a small secluded beach with a little reef and is quite lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean, the decor is dated though. Each room has a patio. You can buy snorkelling gear from the small lobby, and there is a small hotel restaurant which serves decent buffet breakfast. I chose this hotel because of the price and also it is close to Cape Maeda where the blue cave is, but you can also do a little snorkelling at the private beach too. It is more convenient to drive there, but they charge 100 yen a day for parking.
CC cowThe service was great! Every corner of the hotel room AND the bath area are squeakly clean. I could say that the bath area was even cleaner than most of people houses. The shower head power was incredibly strong, I could wash my hair 2x faster than normal showers! Parking area was huge and convenient. The bedroom was super cozy, the beds were comfy too but if you need extra spaces for maybe your family, theres extra futon for you to use (although you have to ask the counter and pay). Overall I really enjoyed staying over. I was suprised during my stay, there were barely any customers which made my bathing experience extra enjoyable.
GGuest UserThe white cottages are lined up in a place that is easily visible from the road, so you can arrive without getting lost. Check-in was thorough, so it took a long time, and I got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes, but I was warmed by the human touch.
The building I stayed in was in the style of an American house from the Showa era. There was a dining table, couch, and chairs, and the ceilings were high and comfortable. The electrical appliances seemed to be a mix of nostalgic and newer items. There were not many places to plug in electrical outlets. Is this because of the place's aging? The bathroom window wouldn't open, and the lock seemed broken, so as a sensitive city dweller, I was worried about security (it was fine, of course). It was a comfortable stay.
