The onsen was a real highlight, beautifully maintained and deeply relaxing, and the view from my room was absolutely spectacular. Although it was whale season while I was there, I did not manage to see any whales this time, but that simply gives me another reason to come back. If there is one small area for improvement, it would be the dining experience. While the food was perfectly fine, it felt rather ordinary compared with the overall quality and standard of the hotel. A more varied and distinctive selection, particularly at the buffet, would better match the hotel’s otherwise excellent experience. Overall, a truly lovely stay, and one I would happily recommend.

The room is oversized, very clean and tidy, and the electrical appliances are fully equipped. The owner of the house is very nice and will give many tips for playing on the island. The yard is equipped with a laundry room, vending machine, and hammock. There is a large parking space in front of each house, which is very suitable for self-driving tours.

It's only a 10-minute uphill walk from the small airport. The uncle was very friendly. We all left the hotel and came back in the afternoon to get our luggage. He turned on the air conditioner and let us rest in the lobby. The room was large and clean. The breakfast set was very rich and suitable for Chinese stomachs. There are large supermarkets, drugstores, Italian restaurants and local restaurants nearby. There are buses from the airport to various attractions. Highly recommended!

However, due to the characteristics of Yakushima, where it rains a lot, it would be nice if there were tools to dry hiking boots in the accommodation, but this place has a strong ryokan personality, so if you are looking for hiking, it would be better to review other accommodations.

On the other hand, regarding the serve of wine etc., although it is a luxury hotel restaurant and from 2000 yen / glass, there is no tasting, detailed explanation, follow-up, etc., so I was reluctant. 4) The atmosphere of the room, facilities and amenities (local brands and environmentally friendly products) are also excellent. In addition, two types of soaps were installed, and I was able to choose the scent that suits my mood. อยู่ใกล้ท่าเรือ ใกล้สถานีรถบัส เดิตเที่ยว นั่งบัสเที่ยวสะดวก ลงจากเรือแล้วเดินข้ามถนนมาโรงแรมได้เลย มานั่งรอเช็คอินนานกว่า 30 นาทีเพราะมีพนักงานผู้ชายอายุมากแล้วคนเดียวคุยกับลูกค้าอีกคน คุยเสร็จแล้วก็ไม่สนใจลูกค้าทึ่นั่งรอเช็คอินต้องเข้าไปทักขอเช็คอิน พอทักก็บอกให้รอพนักงานกะต่อไปเช็คอินให้ คนจีนพักเยอะ คือเหมือนไปง้อพักเหลือเกิน โรงแรมมีให้เลือกเยอะอยู่นะ แต่ห้องพักดีอยู่ กลางคืนก็เงียบ นอนสบาย

This minshuku is located quite near Miyanoura port, the owners are super nice and they have a public bath that is perfect after a trekking day in Yakushima.
