Check in was smooth, minimal time spent. Front desk and approach area was spotless. The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming, The room on 3rd floor had fantastic viewings of flowing Ganges. So pleasing However, the room had a persistent street noise issue at night due to thin windows. With better soundproofing, this place would be a five star choice. The closeness to landmarks and town centre makes it great location. With delicious food and awesome staff we were spoilt for choice. The restaurant was clean, hygienic and pleasing. Top it all off with the manager, Lalit, his politeness touched us both. Great personality and very approachable.

The rooms at hotel were neat and clean. The staff is good and supportive. Had booked the stay for a day with family. Their restaurant serves a tasty food. Breakfast rates were high. It was going higher than our dinner price. But the property is good overall, will recommend to stay. Also it is at good location from hear ki pauri ghat.

Located in the Haridwar station vicinity enabling easy access to all transport system and near market. However, basic facilities for toiletries were missing whatsoever were supposed to be available on de***d. On asking for the same, the attendant and receptionist/in-charge says ”guests in all three rooms are from the same family, so you can share available toiletries”. Such unprofessional and ridiculous attitude was surely out of my expectation and very much shocking. Next morning, waiting time for payment of dinner bill was also as awful as their behaviour. No one was available in the reception desk and no support service to attend guests.

Good experience with the reception, and check in, however for the price they are (or mmt) charging the basic rooms are too small. Thankfully, the manager upgraded the room for my parents which was spacious. Cleanliness is good, services are good. Just a little overpriced for the size of rooms.

Overall the hotel is good in this price range. The rooftop restaurant is excellent with tasty food and vibe at night. We stayed in 2 rooms wherein 1 room was having a bad smell. The morning buffet is average and thus can be skipped. From the hotel it takes roughly around 15-20 mins to reach to the Har ki Pauri

The hotel is located in a typical lodging area, and rickshaws are always waiting in front of the hotel in the morning. They will deliver breakfast and dinner to your room if you request it. You can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace on the 5th floor or in your room, and they offer a wide variety of snacks, drinks, curry, etc. for a normal price. The view from the terrace is also great. If you ask for various things at the reception, they will accommodate you. The rooms are stylish and reasonably priced, so I recommend them. I chose the larger room since the price wasn't much different. There was a cafe space where I could relax.

Very nice people, helpful and professional. Toilet flush was not working for the duration of the stay, neither was the hot water for shower, even though the staff went beyond to fix, it was unpleasant. I chose this hotel because of the positive reviews. But I was disappointed considering the price I paid.

Property has a lot of negatives. 1. Breakfast buffet was stale, everything tasted like plastic and we even found actual plastic in coffee. 2. Property staff are polite but do not know how to actually manage guests especially on crowded days. 3. Rooms are worn out. 4. Our room Ac was not working. 5 There is no manager in property during morning hours, as we wanted to meet the manager, we got to know that the manager comes to the property at 11 am. Till then its only staff which manages the property. Only 2 positives of this property is staff is polite and the location is 2 kms from Har ki Pauri with easy access to rickshaws.

Swimming pool is not clean enough, Gym smells. Restaurant coffee machines had some problem on the evening on 13 May and staff said they can’t serve coffee. On 14 morning I went for breakfast and expected nice espresso coffee at breakfast but staff approached to me and told me that same things as 13 evening that machines still can’t work. How come you run a hotel and machine is not fixed in 14 hours ? But hotel has nice espresso coffee if machine works …!
