IItachiShamblesThe best hotel in Bandung! From Security, Concierge & Hotel Staff is very welcoming and friendly! Service is superb! Kids friendly & very jovial staffs. Helpful during check in as well giving good recommendations during wet weather programs and hot weather too! Will come back again! My family loved it! The bed is soo comfortable and the amenities is well maintained.

GGuest UserThe place was nice but didn't provides bidet spray for the toilet. The day for check in, i tried to call hotel phone number so many times but nobody pick up my calls. Fortunately, when arrived at the apartment there were receptionist / guard can assist us for check in. The next day, we ask the guard to contact hotel /PIC asking for wifi password.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, very close to the town square, and it's easy to find food and snacks nearby, just a short walk away. However, my expectations for the room facilities and interior were not met for a 4-star hotel. The parquet flooring in the room was already worn out, and a hairdryer was only available upon request. The front office staff also failed to provide detailed information to guests regarding breakfast location and times, as well as the swimming pool, etc.

MMimie WahabVery old building with basic amenities. Need some improvement and refurbished. The room size is ok. The aircond at the 1st room given at the ground floor is faulty. After few minutes trying the staff decided to offer 2nd room at the 1st floor.
The guest house full with trees but unfortunately the guest can smoke freely at the compound in front of the rooms. We can still smell the cigarette smoke lingering around the compound.
We saw a plug at the common area that being tampered with soooo many plaster. It should be repaired for safety.

Location good service ok but the breakfast and hotel not good at all different between pictures on website and the real and smelly .....etc so don't trust the pictures on websites and don't pay earlier. And if u see my coffee in picture in restaurant breakfast stayed ther 5 days i already checkout but mybe still there no one move if no trust see cctv
