Hotels with Parking in Winchester

A really good welcome and room brilliant. Breakfast was delicious. Central position, close to cathedral and safe parking. Most enjoyable.

Nice hotel. Rooms were nice however there were black hairs all over the floor in the bathroom. Good location, not to far from Winchester city centre. Disappointing that a 4* hotel charges for parking through. Didn’t even think to check this as free parking is pretty standard but they wanted £10 at check in. Disappointing

Very authentic English country hotel, the surrounding area is beautiful, it is recommended to enjoy its dinner and breakfast, it tastes great.

The Running Horse is a very good personable country pub with rooms which are very well appointed with comfortable beds. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and we had a business lunch in their semi private room which was simple but excellent. The only reason I marked them down a little was because of several carpet stains that I do feel should be removed - or if not removable then they should put in a new carpet as they were large and off putting. Highly recommended!

The location is no better, the Winchester Cathedral is opposite the main entrance, there is no parking lot, but the hotel provides a parking permit for a nearby parking space, and there is no charge. Breakfast can be delivered to the room for free, or it can be eaten in a rustic restaurant decorated downstairs. The rooms are too big, the solid wood furniture is also antique, very romantic, and the bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The perfect hotel, will definitely go again next time. Lovely staff and great hotel location for anyone that’s a bit more car centric. Despite not using the on site facilities as much, the staff were lovely, friendly & helpful at any hour. The room was spotlessly clean, and had decent basic amenities, but the room I stayed in was starting to look a little tired. Decent value for money however, especially for the time of the year & a weekend.

The old place revisited Winchester, the hotel I chose, I think this hotel was not established when I was in Winchester. The front desk brother is very good. Have the opportunity to stay again.
