I rarely comment on hotels. I really have to say this time. First of all, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 in the afternoon. We have n’t checked in yet. We waited until 4 o'clock! The efficiency is too slow. The second is that the alarm bell sounded at 5 o'clock in the morning on the second day of the check-in. At that time, I was sleeping soundly, and was suddenly awakened by fright. Then it sounded again at more than 6 o'clock, and then again at noon. , People are really going crazy! Then there was no explanation! Hey, this stay is terrible

Everything was great but there is something kind of misleading in the publication. Since the pictures of the rooms are combined with the coastal facility. When I booked, I was expecting to have access to the bean and be in that building. Once I got there they told me that I hooked in a bother building and even though I did have access to that coastal location, I was not staying in that building. The room and building description should be well described in the booking process.

The hotel is very nice and well-equipped, and the staff is super friendly! But there was a giant cockroach in the room!!! Also, the room cleaning wasn't very good; there was a lot of dust on the headboard, and they didn't clean it properly. I ended up staying 6 days and 5 nights, and they didn't change the sheets even once! But this was only in the rooms because the rest of the resort was actually very clean.

Das Hotel ist von Aussen zu unterschätzen, aber innen wirklich super. Schade, nicht direkt am Meer. Zimmer gross, sehr sauber und auch sehr ansprechend. Im Innenhof ist ein Pool und es gibt sogar einen zweiten ein paar Meter entfernt. Zu fuss kommt msn ohne Probleme in die Innenstadt Das hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen Direkt im Anschluss vom Hotel ist eine Bar mit Live Musik. Sehr laut, ner es war sehr gut.

We had rented the apartment with sea view. When we arrived at the hotel it had no standard apartment de dispo so they upgraded us into a luxury apartment for one night. The decor, furniture, balcony and view 😍 The master's room with an extra king bed (4 large ears). The next day we were transferred to our apartment that was 2 floors lower and less well, only difference is the height of the ceilings and the deco and furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they all made the switch of our baggage and food in the other room. The beach is very beautiful, the beach chairs are very confo, the drinks are good. The rest on the beach we eat the best sushi feet in the sand in addition. I recommend this hotel 100%.

The Ritz is a former ice cream factory and there are three types of accommodation on site (hostel, rooms, apartments). While staying at the hostel, I was able to use all the pools of the entire complex. There are two small communal kitchens in the hostel with basic dishes and a kettle. Breakfast can be purchased at additional cost. Downtown Punda can be reached within 10 minutes. There isn’t much of a hostel crowd, so expect things to be quieter.

It was a great experience, I've booked this for my girlfriend and she was quite happy to stay there.

Located just outside the city centre, which reaches in 10 minutes walk, passing through a non-cured neighborhood, there are unique senses that confuse to reach the structure. The rooms were equipped with kitchen and washing machines, and a terrace with sunbeds.

loved the beach, the Pools, the bars, the resort in general, the outdoor areas were clean and well looked after and the staff was great. As for the room it was clean which made my wife happy, but very noisy A/C units barely able to keep up with the heat TV that does work, front door difficult to close. Annoying problems that be easily corrected. You can see it's an older resort that needs some loving. The Staff was better than expected, they were great. I think management needs to ensure these basic items are fully functional /repaired to the same degree that their staff delivers the great service to their guests. Watchout for the Unlimited Vacation Club upsell, hard to see how that's going to work if you can't bring the rooms into the 21 century level.
