Check-in and check-out process:
When I checked in, the front desk told me that I had to check out at 14:00 noon and charged a deposit of 100 yuan. The staff especially emphasized that even if the check-out time was more than one minute, it would be charged according to an extra hour. This kind of operation is rare in Jinjiang hotels, which makes me feel a certain pressure.
Room configuration:
After entering the room, I found that the two bottles of free mineral water that are usually standard for 7 days are not provided. This is slightly inconvenient for us who often need additional water replenishment. The picture is the water I took at other hotels.
Quality of service:
At 10:30 in the morning of the second day, I was awakened by a knock on the door after less than 6 hours of rest, and the cleaning staff asked if I would continue to live. At 13:30, I knocked on the door again to remind me that I was about to arrive at the check-out time. When I blew my hair at 13:50, I was interrupted by another knock, and the frequent interruptions of the staff made me irritable.
Overall feeling:
The stay experience did not meet expectations, and the continuous interruption seriously damaged the quality of my rest, although I understand that the service hotel needs to manage the housekeeping. But frequent knocking on the door seems too abrupt and unnecessary, especially after I clearly stated that I wanted to rest until the specified time. In addition, the lack of basic mineral water standard also reduces the comfort of the stay.
