"The room is almost monotonous with hotels in some second-tier cities, satisfied with living and sleeping, breakfast is also very general, satisfied with something to eat into the stomach.
Question: The hotel did not turn on the air conditioner for cooling. I actually slept until two o'clock in the morning and was awakened by the heat. I called the switchboard and asked. The reply was that the air conditioner was not turned on. . . . . Look at the picture below, the indoor temperature of the hot awake room is 26° (time is two o'clock in the morning)"

"酒店就在縣政府旁邊，位置比較好找。酒店大概是2023年左右裝修的，設施還比較新。客房部服務員，服務態度較好，房間比較乾淨，夜晚也較安靜，保證客人休息。但是餐飲部服務，我就不太認同了。酒店應該有一定政府背景，所以對待一般旅客有點區別對待。一次，因趕時間，本想購買酒店快餐用餐。可當我到了時候，打菜的服務員非要我等着，説是有人先定了。應生生的在我面前打了十幾份快餐盒飯，打包帶走。我就眼真真的看到沒剩下什麼好菜，衹好放棄在店內用餐了。我就不明白，都是真金白銀來消費，為何我人都到了用餐地點，居然還要等着連人都沒來的飯打完了，我才能購餐。這種區別對待，有點讓人氣憤！"
