GGuest UserThe hotel environment was excellent. After we placed our order, the front desk proactively contacted us, providing the exact location and sending a driving guide video. Upon arrival, a young man was there to guide us to parking, help with our luggage, and escort us upstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with a charmingly child-friendly design, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers – a thoughtful touch that our child loved. The room was completely odor-free, and we slept soundly through the night. The hotel also helped us with the hot spring resort tickets. Overall, a fantastic experience! We even got to drink tea brewed by the owner himself.

Fresh and small fruits are not only a comfortable and pleasant stay experience, but also a fireworks on the earth! Special thanks to the hotel's humanized service. Family and friends and a group of ten people prepared a rich camping hot pot ingredients during the May Day holiday. Because the heavy rain was cancelled, I hope the hotel can provide a cooking venue to avoid waste of ingredients after staying at the hotel. The hotel intimately provided us with a large private room in the dining room, free use of hot pot and all cooking utensils. Let us have a pleasant and memorable May Day.

AAngela TsengI heard that a few days ago, it rained for a few days, and the road that often walked was closed, so I had to take another ordinary industry. The heavy rain for a day made the road conditions extremely poor, muddy and unbearable, 30 minutes away, and it took an hour and a half. Both psychological and physical discomfort. KKnufbergstravelWe booked a basic room (non smoking) but from all the hundreds of free rooms they had, we definitely got the most run-down smokers room they could find. After asking, we got an ”upgrade” to another floor and got a nice and clean and fresh renovated room. The staff took forever to process our registration, never had that before... The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day... They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that. The hotel is a little away from the centre but there are some restaurants and shops around.
