GGuest UserThis courtyard-style homestay is very special for the first time. The service is too thoughtful. I took their battery car to the door of the hotel for dinner. After eating, I came to pick us up. Their family also has a restaurant at the entrance of the scenic spot. The business is particularly good. The taste is very good. The weight is full and the price is affordable. Fresh jujubes were delivered in the evening, and the proprietress sent another bottle of Shanxi vinegar when she checked out in the morning.

11312287****We are a retired couple. We always have to go out to travel by car once a month. Every time we do a detailed guide and book accommodation online in advance. We have a set of screening standards for finding accommodation:
(1) dry and wet separation, three separation is better, its benefits are understood by people.
(2) Newly opened or newly renovated in the past two years, ensure that there is no smell from the house to the pillow, and various facilities will be easy to use; but it is too new to choose within half a year, because there may be decoration smell or service is not running.
(3) The room area is 25～ 30 square meters, in addition to the bed, there will be some sense of space, no pressure.
(4) The geographical location is within the area we need, which is convenient for non-self-driving tours, such as within 5 minutes walk from the entrance of the Wangjia Courtyard.
(5) The price is within ￥200 (non-peak season)
The No. 1 Courtyard Hotel is a homestay that meets all our above screening standards. I feel that I have not chosen the wrong one for 2 nights, and I really enjoy his family's very practical value-added services for us: (1) Free rent once Jinshang Shao Grandma clothes to take pictures in the Wang's compound. His family has a foreign clothing/makeup/travel shooting business, so there are many clothes to choose from. (2) Buy 10 yuan/person breakfast coupons to eat buffet breakfast diagonally opposite, affordable, rich in variety, clean and hygienic. (3) Free delivery to Lingshi East Station, to Mianshan is also her car for me. (4) Before leaving, I sent me a bottle of vinegar, but it was not convenient to take the plane. The boss was a special atmosphere. The bottled water was not enough to ask the front desk.
There is also a detail that her family has done particularly well. The wall next to the bed in the bathroom is a solid wall instead of a frosted glass wall or a curtain glass wall. Even if the bathroom is on the light, it will not affect sleep or feel embarrassed. The sleep mode is all dark lights. In the middle of the night, you don’t have to worry about not being able to touch the road. There is an induction light at the bottom of the bed. It will light up when the foot is close to it. It will automatically turn off after that, which will not affect the other person’s sleep. Or when sleeping, the TV is often turned on near the long light built-in on the side of the bathroom. The light is weak and does not affect sleep. If one person gets up early to wash his face and brush his teeth, and does not want to turn on the light to affect others' sleep, the mirror light will turn on on the mirror. In short, in order to facilitate the small resolution of the danger in the middle of the night without affecting the sleeping boss, it is really hard.
We also enjoyed her family's 3 major surprises: (1) gave us a free upgrade when we checked in. (2) When looking for dental appliances, we accidentally found a razor, generally ￥600+ may have it! (3) You will know when you come!
Such a good hotel does not have to hesitate to rush! I also sincerely wish the No. 1 Courtyard business is booming and full of rooms every day.
