The village retains the traditional green tiles and gray walls, and the stone roads are interspersed, as if bringing people back to the old time. The appearance of the homestay is simple and elegant, and it is interesting to the surrounding mountains and rivers, especially suitable for us who escape from the big city. The boss is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast provides local characteristics, too rich and memorable. After nightfall, the village is dimly lit, and the insects are sleeping, so there is no wild fun. Overall, this is an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in the idyllic. The boss has 6 cute cats, a daring puppy, and a coffee shop. The store has a 20% discount. It is a good place to come back and think about coming again.

MM497347****Staying at Ziyang Academy in the ancient village of Peitian, Fujian, allowed me to spend a peaceful and culturally rich time. This is not only a place to stay, but also an experience of traveling through time and space. The entire ancient village exudes a strong historical atmosphere, and Ziyang Academy is a pearl among them, perfectly combining simplicity and elegance.
Ziyang Academy is located in the center of Peitian ancient village. It is surrounded by blue bricks and black tiles and shaded by ancient trees. When you step into it, you feel instantly isolated from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The architecture of the academy retains the style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, with carved beams and painted buildings, flying eaves and pointed corners. Every detail reveals the accumulation of years and the wisdom of the craftsmen. The courtyard is spacious and quiet, and the bluestone pavement in the courtyard seems to tell the story of the ancient village in the breeze.
The room is simply and elegantly decorated, and the wooden structure and traditional furniture give people an antique atmosphere. The bed is clean and comfortable, and outside the window you can see green mountains and clear waters. In the distance you can hear the sounds of chickens crowing, dogs barking, and children playing in the village. It makes you completely relax and return to nature. Although the room is simple, it is fully equipped with modern facilities, the Wi-Fi signal is stable, and the bathing facilities are clean and convenient. There is no inconvenience in accommodation at all.
The owner of the academy is very hospitable. He personally greeted us when we checked in and also introduced the history, culture and must-see attractions of Peitian Ancient Village to us, like a gentle and elegant cultural guide. The host also invited us to taste tea. The aroma of tea and the casual conversation instantly brought him closer to the guests and made us feel warm. The food here is equally surprising, all of which are authentic Hakka dishes with fresh ingredients and mellow taste, especially the tofu, local chicken soup and rice wine, which are very memorable.
At night, the whole ancient village becomes quiet and you can see the starry sky when you look up. The lanterns of Ziyang Academy cast a faint warm light, which complements the surrounding quaint environment. This peaceful night makes people feel as if they are in an ink painting, washing away the restlessness and fatigue of city life.
Ziyang Academy not only provides a comfortable accommodation environment, but also makes people feel the weight of history and the warmth of humanity. Whether you are a tourist who likes ancient village culture or a friend who is looking for a quiet place to relax, this place will be the best choice. Location - near to the Guan Zhai Shan entrance. We took a DiDi taxi there which costs about Rmb12. The hotel is also near to the city which is less than 10 mins by DiDi taxi
Service - attentive and respectful services at the front desk
Hotel amenities - new and luxurious with a nice swimming pool and spacious lobby
Atmosphere- very relaxing, spacious and enjoyable feeling
Breakfast- last a good variety. Quality of food is generally ok
Restaurant - serves delicious Hakka food
Overall we had a very enjoyable experience

GGuest UserThe location is excellent: within walking distance to the west gate of Guanzhi Mountain, taxis are easily accessible, and it's close to the main bus terminal and bus station (there's a direct bus from the bus station to Guanzhi Mountain South Station). The hostess and the owner were very welcoming. Seeing that I was taking my 70-year-old mother to climb Guanzhi Mountain, they gave very reasonable suggestions and were especially warm. Although the decor is a bit dated, it's clean and sanitary, the bathroom is spacious enough, and there's bottled mountain spring water! Enjoy your stay!

The roof of our room is spireed, the space is particularly open, the sink area uses coarse brick floor, wet water is not easy to slip, and the wooden floor material of the room is separated from the room. The bench at the door can put things and it is convenient to change shoes. The sofa in the room is matched with a small table suitable for making tea and daze. The hidden clothes rail in the room is also very beautifully designed. The sugar water shop on the 2nd floor of the hotel tastes okay, and I am tired to go back to the hotel for a bowl. Although the hotel breakfast is simple, there are still types. The hotel is located at the foot of Guanzhang Mountain. You can overlook Guanzhang Mountain through the floor-to-ceiling windows on the second floor. The punching machine is very good.

My friend worked in a five-star foreign hotel. It was originally home that did not meet her stay standards, but the hotel's intimate service made us feel particularly intimate! Stayed for two nights, in addition to free water and free drinks in the refrigerator, there is a box of carefully prepared fruit every day, a bottle of fresh milk per person, the clothes that were changed every night at the front desk helped us take away, and washed and dried the next morning. It was placed at the door of the room. Breakfast was relatively simple. But after all, the room rate is cheap! If you go to Liancheng again, you will choose here.
