GGuest UserThe room is OK and big. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that I was not scared of. The uncles and aunts in the kitchen are very nice. When my child was not feeling well, they kept waiting for us even though they had finished get off work. They worked hard. The driver was also great, picking us up and dropping us off. Overall, they were all good and their attitudes were also good!

GGuest UserGreat for a one-night layover. The complimentary airport pick-up was fantastic. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable for our stay.

GGuest UserParking at night can be a bit challenging; we got lost using our navigation and had to call the front desk for directions. There are two washer-dryer combo units available. We checked in around 10 PM. The front desk staff (especially one young lady) could use more training; we requested laundry detergent at night and had to wait a long time for it. The family room was great, with a partition in the middle. Breakfast included fruit and beef noodles, which we unfortunately missed due to an early flight. A complimentary airport shuttle service is also provided. It's a convenient ten-minute drive from the airport, with many great food options nearby.

Just to give two examples: the king bed is 2 meters wide and the mattress is on the hard side (which is my favorite, I don't like soft mattresses). Breakfast surprise. It's not a buffet, the chef cooks on the spot and the food starts after you take your seat. The famous Lanzhou ramen contains a lot of beef. GGuest UserI believe the hotel has changed its name but I can't remember what's it currently called as I only had a brief time there, checked in late and checked out early the next morning.
Even though my time was brief, the service at the hotel was great. The hotel is located about 15 minutes drive away from the airport and they offer pickup and dropoff service to and from the airport (and the railway station). However, I don't think there's any shops or restaurants nearby in walking distance.
The room was great with plenty of electrical outlets. All in all, I wish I had more time at the hotel.

GGuest UserHaving stayed in so many hotels, this one is really my favorite! From the moment you step into the lobby, you will be attracted by the luxurious yet warm atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, equipped with all smart devices, and quality is reflected in every detail. The service staff is always available and very considerate, making you feel at home. Highly recommended!
